Euromaid WMFL10 (10kg)

Euromaid wmfl10 – Machine was going ok then suddenly it has been getting stuck on 1 minute, Now the lock is stuck on so I can not close the door! Update: euromaid contacted me and sent out a replacement part machine is now working again!

Nothing but a LEMON! – Bought 8 weeks ago and nothing but trouble. Was installed on only 3 legs. So noisy and danced around laundry and actually cracked my shelves next to it. Had repairman out twice and he found bearings were gone, drum was bent and electrical panel not working. Euromaid "customer care" was anything but. Did not want to know. After numerous calls and spending hours on hold, I threatened to call Dept of fair trading. Pauline told me to go ahead and call them but they would not refund my money, only repair this piece of junk. Appliances Online intervined and we paid a little more, but are getting a reputable brand tomorrow. Worst product and appalling customer service. Shame on you
