Deadset the worst fan i have ever used. I have bought fans from crazy clarks for 15 dollars that lasted far longer and actually blew air even when not cleaned. This fan does not even blow air past 10 cm and im not even joking for 80+ dollars at bunnings this is a complete and utter joke ! Show details
Great until it stopped working – This was a great fan, it did make a funny noise after about 3 months of use. Unfortunately it ceased working at 11 months - and who ends up keeping a receipt? So it's now in the bin - will not purchase this type again. Show details
Really CRAP – Someone stuffed this one up and they went with it anyway. The fans blades are not moulded properly and only sometimes blow air. If you want a fan don't buy this! Show details
Terrible – Product is garbage - it couldn't even blow over a leaf. Don't waste your hard earned money. Buy from the trusted brands. This is clearly a cheap alternative and Bunnings needs to review their suppliers. Show details
Not quite perfect – Not the easiest of things to put together with just one pair of hands, but having got it together I was very happy with it for the first 2 months. Now it's started a very annoying clicking noise when it's rotating. Not sure If I should pull it apart an give it a squirt of penetrene or not. Show details
Quality and Rust Issues – Overall the fan is what it claims. I don’t know if Euromatic is a Bunnings brand (which is one way that they can block price challenges eg Holman). Our purchase was a “that’s a good idea” decision. The fan’s assembly required that the pedestal/pole connection at the base be reshaped to fit, otherwise the connection was insecure and the fan… Read more
wouldn’t stand properly. I suggest that someone who was not “handy” would have returned the item. Additionally the height / angle adjustment mechanism on the pole is flimsy and I’m not sure how long it will last.
The misting function works but doesnt seem fine enough. The nozzles are stainless steel and the water delivery system is fit for purpose. However, the big flaw in the misting system is that the mounting nuts for the misting nozzles are not stainless steel. That’s where the rust starts. The fan body is cheaply powder coated cheap steel. That too is showing signs of rust at the misting nozzle locations as the powder coating is low grade.
I suggest that if you are looking for a misting fan, you should look at the other reviews on this site.
