Honestly please be Aware! i went to Europort to fix an error notification on my dash " suspension workshop" on a Porsche cayenne. - Common for this car when you had a flat battery, which I did recently. Went onto YouTube prior and saw lots of videos on how to fix it easily but you needed a scanner. Went to this place met owner " he said he could definitely help but I would have to come back next week at 8am as he is flat out and under staffed as people are on holidays. Me- Absolutely no prob, the following week as agreed I got there at 7:45am, dropped the car off and was told come back in a few hours. I had my dog with me so I walk around the industrial site went into a great OP SHOP "Willing & Able" - really nice people and helpful! .. at 9:15am walked past Europort and noticed my car was still in the same spot in the carpark, hasn't been looked at yet. -ok no prob. Met a friend who I chatted with for almost an hour at the Ampol servo across from Europort. At 10:10am my car started and was moved into the garage. At 10:40am I walked into Europort office waiting area and thought I would wait there. The owner quickly popped his head in and said "I don't want you waiting on me in there as I don't like to work with people waiting, go and I'll call you when it ready". - I replied no prob and left. At 10:54am I was out the front of the garage when my car and the owner pulled past. It stopped, I initially thought he was taking it for a test drive. He said "didn't you get me text, you're car is ready". I said awesome and went into the office and payed $170.00 (no parts but told 1.5 hours work). he confirmed it was recalibrated and reset, like I asked, so I happily paid. I started the car " no error message though when I went to test and adjust the height , the dash indicated reservoir refilling air, couldn't do so I drove away. Within a couple of blocks I stopped and tried to adjust the height, it did, I got out and immediately noticed something wrong, the rear of the car was jacked up at least 2.5 inches higher than the front? (Not normal) I put in my own scanner ran a scan and it came up with two new errors never seen before?- Tilt sensor faulty 0323 and ride height not learnt. I drove back and [Name Removed] was there. I said something seems wrong with the height now and new errors are coming on, tilt senor and more alarming my transfer case dash light came on . (Very serious error when car is not evenly balanced) or there is a major problem? He replied I fixed the error on the dash. I pointed out the height difference now which you could clearly see, it's not right? He acknowledged it noticeably different and said "well you have to leave it with me all day". I asked him did he calibrate the height parameters when he did it, because now it seems everywhere. He got verbally aggressive walked to the car and said "look I measured the height, here !" Went to the bottom of the of the concrete floor front right and measured to the bottom of guard. I replied you don't measure it there, you measure between the wheel and base of wheel guard arch as all ground is not level, I saw it being done on you tube? He started ranting at me and I now was really concerned because I knew he only spent 20mins on the car, said he recalibrated it (impossible) given time spent, so I just said, look give me my money back and il go somewhere else. He got really verbally angry, said I a Porsche owner [Content Removed] like all of them and to just p*ss off you are not getting your money back, I fixed the the error!!" I said yes you did but it's created more errors because now all levels are out sync and these errors are bigger and really serious. He aggressively said p*ss off. I left drove to another garage specialist in tyres and suspension) on Hastings river drive (yellow building Jax) awesome guys!!... Told them what's wrong now far bigger issue and allot more serious prior to taking it to Europort ... They had it for 1.5 hours I could wait in the waiting room like other customers and was charged $90 and it was fixed ... They confirmed what Europort claimed and charged me but didn't do! . - horrific, let's make you wait for hours, do nothing then spend 20 mins on it just clear the error message and charge you for almost two hours work and put the vehicle in huge, expensive jeopardy!?? Is that right? .
