Eurotech Autohaus

I’ve noticed many positive reviews here, but unfortunately, my experience hasn’t been the same. On Monday, 5th May 2025, my son's VW Golf was towed to EuroTech AutoHaus in Bayswater to investigate an electrical issue. On Wednesday, 7th May, I received a call from David with some unfortunate news — during a road test, the vehicle was involved in an accident and sustained significant damage. Thankfully, no one was injured. The accident was caused by another party, and their insurance is covering the damage. However, understanding that insurance claims can often take time, we requested a hire vehicle so my son could continue commuting while the matter is resolved. We were informed that the at-fault party’s insurer would not provide a hire car, and despite multiple requests, EuroTech has declined to assist with one either. It’s now been nearly two weeks since the car was taken in and ten days since the incident occurred. We've received no further updates on a timeline or resolution, as EuroTech has completely handed the matter over to the third-party insurer. Make of this what you will — this has simply been our experience so far.
I have to say so disappointed these guys my Mk6 had Xtream clutch recommended m these guys for stage 3 setup car been back to the 3 times and now clutch burned out and prior two were slave cylinder. They have put wrong clutch in my car and now tell me that there no warranty on proformance parts. That's incorrect you be served in next week see U in court....
Not professional at all – Talk to the guy through Facebook for 2weeks, trying to arrange a meeting… finally agreed on a price and all and said that we would come to sign the papers and pick up the car in a couple of days The guy stopped responding to our text…finally got back to us 3days later Tried to call several times to come pick up the car, no answer Just got a text afterwards saying that the car s been sold to someone else Like…what ?? Would never deal with them again, dodgy as
No star would be closer to the truth – It is a well known fact that satisfied customers mostly don’t bother reviewing. Therefore, most good reviews here are more than likely fake. I feel like an orphan here but future clients need too be warned too go somewhere else. They stuffed up our X3 and hung us out too dry, after making $10k from the job(original quote was $5k5) and giving us our car back, over seven months later, with a noise that was not there when it went in for diagnosis. It was not itemized as an issue.Only problem was the timing chain. We are told that the timing chain has been done but,who knows? First there was a post repair oil leak, another hold up.Then they broke an injector while trying too repair the oil leak. and tried too charge us for the repair. Finally, when we got the car back, with a new noise that they told us was bottom end bearings-$10k too diagnosis and repair-before we left we checked the car only too find that they had been using it and test driving it without the air cleaner system refitted. The injectors have since been removed and tested only too find that the NEW injector looks worse than the other 3 that have 200k on them.NEW???We have video and pics of them fitting the air cleaner and the same for the injectors etc. Despite some of them having European accents it is no guarantee that they were ever mechanics on any car, never mind European cars.We were threatened with violence when we asked for our money back.Totally unprofessional all around. This business needs too be shut down. The only advice we have taken from the rude owner is too engage a solicitor.
