came off the assembly line. In his 30 years experience he never encountered a failed engine mount and had never heard the expression “dropped engine mount”. It appears a dropped engine mount is as elusive as the mythical drop bears.

I suspect here an intentional fraud – Eurotune had performed service and assessment of my car 2011 PORSCHE CAYENNE S Hybrid, QLD registration 384HI3 as a Job No. 95400. In an Invoice No. 71014, Eurotune claimed that "rear brakes low" and "require replacement". However, rear brakes had been replaced on the 17.05.2021 and done 11512kms only to the date of assessment. unlikely that the brakes designed to easily perform more than 60000kms would be worn out after 11512kms, and I, suspecting a fraud, requested written explanation. It has never been received. On the 10.10.2023, I have to complain to Eurotune that, before they serviced my car, it has not been leaking any oil. No oil was ever discovered on the floor of my garage, and there are some witnesses who can testify this under oath, if required. After Eurotune service, my car started leaking oil substantially. It is quite noticeable on the floor of my garage. Eurotune responded that they recommend to fix tappet covers leaking and can show me oil leaks, ignoring my statement that, before they serviced my car, it has not been leaking any oil. I suspect here an intentional fraud.
