Just want to give a shout out to the warranty team at Evakool. Had a broken part on one of the lid latches. No issues like many suppliers and whole new lid turned up today. Really appreciated the support and great communication. It is an awesome fridge and love the operating flexibility and low power draw. Thanks again! Cheers Mike

Early days but so far so good – This is my second EvaCool portable fridge. Impressed with the overall look of this model. So far, its operation since purchased in December 2023 has been good. Two zones, each capable of fridge or freezer mode, with the added option of switching off either zone completely. Lids are two way and removable. The not-so-optimal issues I've noticed are:- the lid-opening levers are a little firm to push. My wife had some issues with this - you have to give the levers a decent push with the fingers to open the lid. Also, I think that the Anderson plug connector is exposed and could be damaged if the fridge brushes heavily against something solid during moving or transit. Evacool should look to design some protection for this plug or make it inset into the unit. Blue lids shown in pic. We got the black lids. Also available in grey.
