Hello - I have an Everdure DWF125WE and from the left the second cycle indicator (Wash light: To come on when washing.) just beeps and flashes and won't move past. I have turned off and on - long pressed the start / reset button with no joy. Any other ideas please?

Hi I was told that cotters here in christchurch is the firm. I have contacted them and they are comming thursday. They said the most likely wont have parts. To me it looks like an element or therstat. Regards Garry
Make sure there is not a fork or something fallen beneath the rack. Also clean trap and run a dishwasher cleaner through.

Switch off at the wall, disconnect the plug, after 1-2 mins plug in and don't switch on. Press and hold the power and program button together for 5 seconds, machine should function as normal, if not circuit board fail. Send for repair agent

Must have been the circuit board i gave it a little shake and it went straight to normal program and started working have since used it again and no problem fingers crossed it doesnt happen again
I would like to purchase a new lower rack, where can I get it from? My current one is rusting as the plastic has come off.
you will not be able to buy one (bets guess)you could have had mine had the dishwasher a year and only worked a dozen times before threw it away in disgust, !!
