Love the jewelery not going to lie but the service and shipping was horrible, on the website NONE of my orders were pre order and when checking out it said in bold WILL ARRIVE IN 1-3 BUISNESS DAYS. It took 7 weeks. and on top of that I didnt get any 'stickers' or any information on arrrival times ar anything else also email response service was horrible.

My daughter bought 5 items, 2 of which are good, the other 3 awful. One bracelet broke after a few weeks and 2 other pieces colour tarnished from gold to blackish silver after just 2 weeks (without being in water or touching sunscreen). that do the same thing again. Then say you have used your warranty and that is it. I would choose a different online place before wasting money with these guys.

My sister bought a few items and they never came. She contacted them multiple times and only replied one the refund time limit was up. This shop just steals your money they should be shut down.

Waste – I ordered 5 items back in December. It’s now February and 2 of the items just arrived now. So it took 2 months to arrive when it said 6-10 business days. The other 3 items did not arrive and they say has been lost in post and since I didn’t purchase post protection that’s it. It’s a joke Show details

You will lose your money – I ordered from this "company" on 06/12/24 and still haven't received my order, which was for Christmas. I have e-mailed them 3 times and receive the same automated response, stating my order still hasn't been shipped and wont be for another week. I have now asked for a full refund but also expect to be very disappointed with this. Unless you are prepared to lose your money, do not purchase from this site if you are in Australia.

If you’re in Oz don’t bother with this company – Don’t bother if you live in Australia, the orders DONT ARRIVE. Terrible customer service.

Beautiful Earth Boutique and received everything a long time ago. I would order from these companies again but Evry Jewels is possibly a scam?!
