Absolutely appalling customer service. It took 4 weeks to receive my order after sending 4 emails (not one replied too) & 3 phone calls, each time told a different lie.

consistently poor service – They advertise jigsaw puzzles on their website that are not in stock, substitute orders without asking, don't reply to emails, have to be chased for returns and refunds. I have bought puzzles from them two or three times over 3 years. Twice I have had this problem, and encountered lack of interest to fix the problem. In future I will buy from businesses with better service.
