Like many others, Matt takes your money for items such as the Chelsea Flower show, keeps it but doesn't send the tickets. We bought our own and he promised refund, sent details, nothing, wont answer. Just a scammer, don't deal with him! Should be locked up.

I trusted this a hole without checking the reviews. Bought some oyster cards with 50 pound on them and they never arrived after multiple emails and promises. Reported him to scamwatch and thank God I paid with PayPal so got a refund. Show details

Don’t deal with Matt of Experience UK. We payed for Chlsea Flower Show package $1300AUD. Got a map and two oyster cards then nothing. Hotel booking cancelled without our knowledge and despite multiple promises no tickets. Very disappointed. Refund promised but nothing

Avoid this company at all costs! Do not risk losing your money.

Maybe just incompetent, more likely a scam – Ordered tickets for an EPL game, which included Oyster travel cards. Multiple promises of Oyster cards being sent, never arrived. Multiple promises of 'give you an update tomorrow of progress on the EPL tickets' - no updates provided. When we felt like we had been hoodwinked, we asked for a cancellation - of course we were told 'no problem you will get the refund Monday', and we never received anything. Silence from [Name Removed] since then.
