Dishonest and not trustworthy. Sent me a $140 faulty item, refused refund and deliberately delay you with the promise of a warranty claim just to run you out of your 30 day limit with Ebay and Paypal. Absolute thieves, steer well clear of them.

I purchased an engine mount for my jeep xj from the ebay store of extra mile auto parts. The mount was Mackay product A5305. The stud on the mount broke off when tightening the bolt by hand, not even reaching the required torque specification. Extra mile auto parts is refusing warranty. I just get the run around from them. Do not purchase anything from Extra Mile Auto Parts, they wont honour any warranty.

Purchased waterpump online. Had no communication until last day before delivery. Arrived securely packed and happy with the waterpump received. Thanks for your good service.

Completely useless, ordered a part for a semi-urgent job. 18 days later still nothing, the staff member was more concerned about how it was forgotten rather than fixing the problem. Promised multiple times that it was on its way, yet they could not provide any tracking of the parcel. Be vary when ordering from this mob.

Ordered Part according to website and website information found to be incorrect upon receiving part. incorrect and no contact by Email. Item sent back and have never had any further response after txt and Email attempts to contact and have update. I'm interstate making correspondence difficult. Would not recomend using this business.

I bought a belt for my Mazda. Their website is misleading and they sent me the wrong one. I paid to send the product back so I was out of pocket in the end 49 dollars and still have no product. They now have the product to resell and they deduct 20% as handling . That's easy money for them .Do not buy from this company ,they are will rip you off!!!

I definately would not recommend – Protex brake master cyl is faulty leaking fluid only after 15 months of being fitted to car. The car had only been driven a couple of times using a small trailer to dump rubbish in tip. My mechanic told me it already had fluid in it when fitting. After contacting Extramile Auto Parts they didn’t want to know me &gave me the runaround.

No Customer Service – Ordered and paid for a part on 08/12/24, follow up phone calls and emails as part had still not arrived by estimated delivery time. Not good – ordered one part: 3 weeks to send it after 3 emails. Then have sent me the wrong part, even though the needed part was "in stock''. Either lied to me or staff are incompetent. Bit of both I think. Now, is the wrong part compatible, or do I need the original part - no one seems to know!

Refund..! Or lack there of..! – Still waiting on a refund from April 14 2024, after countless phone calls, emails, text messages, even sending my details and screenshots of every conversation still NOTHING…! Now just ignoring my calls…! Come on Pathetic

Dogs and snakes – Extra Mile Auto Parts are dogs and snakes. Do not use these guys. They lie about stock, shipping times and will not issue refunds for their screw ups. I am launching a case with fair trading with this mob. They are useless dogs. AVOID COMPLETELY.

THIS COMPANY REFUSE TO GIVE REFUNDS EVEN WHEN PART IS RETURNED – This business is very dishonest. They send the wrong part up. They then ask you to return the part without sending return mailing slip and after they have the part then they refuse to pay your refund. Maybe Today Tonight might like to hear about this business. Most of the reviews show they withhold refunds. My mistake for not looking at reviews before ordering my part. ZERO STARS to this company.

Rubbish Company – I agree with the many negative comments on this company. I bought a sensor which according there site was the one I wanted and it turned out not to be. They refused to accept it back again and would not reply to emails. I certainly will never use them again

Feed back – Bought a part from ADRIAN which was very urgent. Used express delivery. Ordered at 9am Monday in Victoria and part was delivered in Sydney the next day, mid morning. It does not get any better than that. Part was perfect. Good work to all at Extra Mile Auto Parts.

No refund on wrong description parts – Purchased 2 sway bar links for vehicle as described, LR1048. Items delivered were too short by 2cm, notified seller and dispute raised with paypal. Day before dispute terminated said will refund on return of goods. Not good enough.

Don't purchase from them – After purchasing an item online using their full description, when I received it it was wrong. They advised me I got what I ordered as per their item code. So the item code didn't match the actual product. They sent me an email on how to return the item. Only to leave off the vital part of a tracking number. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. They are dishonest, unreliable and quite frankly should no be in sales – False advertising, unreliable, uneducated in automotive industry, untrustworthy, and by far the worst service I have ever experienced.

Can I do 1/2 a star? – Every part of dealing with this “service” was completely unprofessional. From the ordering process (they sent the wrong product) to the return (they said the product was damaged) to my refund (they only paid me half of the purchase price, and wouldn’t send any pics to prove the goods were damaged ) to their communications (they took over three months to refund the $90. They do not respect warranty claims – They will not respect the warranty claims. They have my parts for last 2 months and ignoring my requests for an update. I got a Gates water pump. Got one fitted on my car through a licenced mechanic and it broke in less than 500kms, was refused a refund but an exchange (that was also to be paid for before they get the faulty pump shipped back).… Read more

So, I paid for another one (my mistake) which too broke in less than 500 kms. Returned both pumps and labour invoices and am now waiting for a refund for 2 months. Every time I call them, their response is they will call me back.
