Ezi-LockOdour

Ezi-Lockodour pellets and pads are great. I have only one cat and often don't need to change the pad until maybe around day 8 or 9. The pellets are great too. No smell and easy to clean. The only problem I think my cat would complain that he can't actually bury his poo at the pellets don't cover it, as much as he tries, but I pick his poo up daily, so hopefully he doesn't mind too much. No clumping of urine either.

Only downside is that it's quite expensive and I feel the tray a bit small for my 6kg cat. He has peed on the side and it dripped out a couple of times but I always have a towel under the tray.

I tried using the system with cloth pads and recycled paper litter, and it works but you need to clean much more often than with the Ezi-Lockodour products.

My cats did not like it at all – I have 3 cats and none if them liked it at all. Pellets are too rubbery. I wish they used it but i tried for a few months and they just didnt use it.

Ezi-LockOdour Extra Wide Dual Layer System Cat Litter Tray(XL) – I find this system amazing. My two 15 year old cats took to it straight away. No more getting the vacuum out every day to clean up random kitty litter traipsed throughout the house. The XL(extra wide) version is a great solution if you have more than one cat or a high spraying cat. My experience is that there is no strong urine smell, and in fact when the urine soaked pad is removed, it actually retains a pleasant scent. Don’t know how they do it, but I’m a fan. I replace the pads twice a week and litter once a month. I buy the pads and pellets in bulk online which is much cheaper. Life is so much easier with this system.

What a terrible waste of money and product – I was persuaded by others to try this as I got sick of tracking with last product - single pensioner with a 13yo aging cat who has ALWAYS drank and peed a lot . Comes with expensive pads supposed to last 1 week - 2 days and the smell was horrendous! Beads supposed to last 1 month, do not know how my well trained cat used them, they smelled so bad after 2 weeks I had to clean the whole system out after 10 days and disinfect it and floor. The whole thing is ultra expensive and a huge ripoff! Don't believe the GREAT REVIEWS about it! There are better systems that cost a lot less, this is just a huge advertising blurb, you pay a lot for the litter tray etc, then one month supply of the workings, then you are up for big $$$. Don't believe me, but find out for yourself! You must have lots of money! And dont want a smelly cat litter tray after purchasing the system (around $80) and stocking up on the accessories - around $27plus per month just to find out like I have you have thrown money away on a seriously bad and expensive product! There is so much money in pet products - make sure you get the one that suits you!
