Terrific – A terrific guy, Findlay, came as arranged and did a thorough job on our two air conditioners. He is such a pleasant guy who explained everything, was clean and tidy, and quick at his work… so easy to deal with.

unit from my roof. 3 Top quality Mitsubishi units were installed and old units and gas unit were removed and disposed of. I would highly recommend Ezy Air for a top quality job at a reasonable cost.
Cost $1500 more than quoted due to the company's mistake – The job was installed professionally but the company's failure to properly assess and quote the job meant it cost me an EXTRA $1,500 and took 1.5 days to complete. quoted but they told me they ASSUMED there would be an easy solution without bothering to check - presumably because I would be forced to pay the extra costs of their mistake. Now I also have a large hole in my ceiling that will cost $100s to fix. I understand extra work costs extra but they should have told me and worked out the solution in advance. Very unhappy about the sales process and the huge unexpected cost.

Redemption – We had an issue with the out door unit. It was replaced eventually. Did not like the process. But I am glad finally it was replaced.

Service Team – Sam and Raj spent an hour cleaning and servicing 3 AC units. Efficient courteous service by a couple of friendly techs, as can be expected from any Ezyair staff!

properly. It was done in matter of couple of hours, basic wall to wall install. Had a quick tutorial on how to use, cleaned up everything when finished. That's what you get when you hire larger company's to do the install versus smaller companies that don't have enough staff, products etc. Everything from start to finish was effortlessly done and the after service was great. If you need heating or cooling work then EzyAir is the only place to call, I very highly recommend. Don't take my word for it, just look at the 5 star reviews.

Air-conditioner service – Ezyair installed our airconditioner 18 months ago. We've had it running almost constantly over the 2 hot Summers and the unit has operated perfectly. Ive had these guys back to service the unit and the service they provided was faultless like always. This company deserves all the great reviews they receive :)

Warranty Job No Fuss – Excellent response on a warranty job, just got it done, no fuss or hassle, 3 years after install. Will use these guys again.
Called but all you get is a voicemail – Called Ezy Air but all you get is a voice-mail saying to call back in December because they are too busy. Seems strange. What if I was calling for a warranty issue and no one answers the phone?
