My damaged Holden had been sitting around for a while because every offer I received was much lower than I expected. Customer experience didn’t match their Website – Completed an enquiry on their website and request received fior some additional information that was supplied. No further contact from them. Would not consider using this business again based on lack of further communication.

Dishonest – Made an appointment for pickup. Didn't turn up. I tried to contact removal place but realised my phone number was blocked! Why?? Dishonest business! At least the person should have been upfront and say not coming or not interested. Inconvenience me as I waited the whole day. Don't trust this business!
