Ezy Cash for Cars

What started out as a lovely experience with [Name Removed] picking up my car, quickly turned into the worst customer service experience I have ever encountered. When my car was collected, I was assured that the registration would be cancelled for me. Three weeks later, I was still chasing Ezy Cash Cars to get it done. During that time, I made numerous phone calls and sent multiple text messages, only to be ignored or dismissed. I needed the surrender of plates receipt to cancel my registration. The biggest issue was the Asian man who answers the phones. Despite speaking with him multiple times, he never introduced himself and seemed completely uninterested in helping. Every interaction was dismissive, unprofessional and lacking even the most basic level of customer service. It was like this was his first day of earth. Rather than taking responsibility for resolving the issue, I was made to feel like I was being a nuisance for simply asking the company to follow through on what they had promised. Meanwhile, Queensland Transport continued contacting me regarding the registration. I could not cancel it myself without receiving the surrender-of-plates receipt, yet getting this document from Ezy Cash Cars became an ordeal in itself. Despite repeatedly requesting it, I was left chasing, waiting and receiving little to no communication. After three weeks of getting nowhere, I called again asking why the registration still had not been cancelled. Instead of receiving an explanation or an apology, the Asian man on the phone abruptly hung up on me. At that point, it became obvious that customer service and accountability are not priorities for this business. As someone who is six months pregnant, I did not need the unnecessary stress, constant follow-ups and complete lack of communication. What should have been a simple and straightforward process turned into weeks of frustration because Ezy Cash Cars failed to do what they said they would do. [Name Removed] made a great first impression, but unfortunately the service that followed was nothing short of shocking. Based on my experience, I would never use this company again and would advise others not to use them either.
My damaged Holden had been sitting around for a while because every offer I received was much lower than I expected. I was beginning to think getting rid of it would be more trouble than it was worth. After finding Ezy Cash for Cars through Google, I decided to request a quote. To my surprise, they offered $7,400, which was far better than any other offer I had received. They also arranged same-day pickup and made the whole process incredibly easy. Everything happened exactly as promised, and I was relieved to finally have the car gone without any stress.
Great service and very easy process. My 2009 Ford Fiesta had a blown clutch and wasn’t worth fixing. They gave me a fair offer, picked it up quickly, and the whole process was hassle-free. Highly recommend.
Customer experience didn’t match their Website – Completed an enquiry on their website and request received fior some additional information that was supplied. No further contact from them. Would not consider using this business again based on lack of further communication.
Dishonest – Made an appointment for pickup. Didn't turn up. I tried to contact removal place but realised my phone number was blocked! Why?? Dishonest business! At least the person should have been upfront and say not coming or not interested. Inconvenience me as I waited the whole day. Don't trust this business!
