Bike sales is without doubt the best place to reach the biggest audience.
without doubt the best place to sell a bike , greatest coverage ,best service verses cost, the system is very straight forward.
Many other sales businesses could benefit from studying the sites user friendliness.
Good site to sell bikes, despite cost.
I prefer this site over others (FB Marketplace) as I believe it attracts serious buyers not people who just see stuff pop up and are time thieves. Even given the cost of advertising.
Sold bike quick over christmas
This was the first time I used their platform and the AD service I paid for was pretty good and transparent. Got to know how many hits etc which is good.
Would recommend they harden the platform a lot more to push the cyber-ists out though. Had about 2, and they're quite tricky.
Very quick sale.
The site was very easy to use. It is the first site I go to when looking to buy or sell. I sold my bike in very quick time. Had first enquiry within half an hour of posting ad and sold in less than 12 hours.
Bikesales is the one and only selling site
I always will use Bikesales for selling and purchasing motorbikes. Process is extremely easy and customer service is great. I had many buyers interested in what I was selling and sold within a few days.
Genuine enquiries and found the right buyer for my rare bike a Cagiva Raptor 650ei.
Start with good quality photos, an honest description and a fair asking price and you will sell. In my opinion the bikesales is the best site to list and sell. My buyer found my bike by searching seat height... that's cool.
Bike Sales value proposition is poor in my view.
1. Bike Sales search criteria is inadequate, Bike Sales offer a listing of Superbike when posting the ad yet there is no Buyer search option for Superbike and there is no posting option for Race Bike yet there is a Buyer search option for Race bike so the searches are not targeted at the bikes being advertised. 2. Bike Sales appear more concerned more about extracting additional money from sellers than getting advertised bikes sold. 3. After the first few days (unless a seller upgrades and pays more) an advertised bike fades into obscurity and ...relies on Buyers searching extensively to find what is being sold. 4. Bike sales have actually done very little for the $130 per bike (X 3 bikes) that I paid, Bike Sales value proposition is poor in my view.
Couldn't be Easier
I am not very computer literate and yet I found it VERY easy to set up the ad, with simple, easy to follow directions - congratulations to the web designers! And - perhaps most importantly - I sold the bike in only TWO DAYS! So I'm a very happy customer - thank you to the Team!
