Set up an inspection and was able to keep the car for a week, while waiting for a new car Handed it over and had funds in my account straight away. Very good website to navigate. Price offered was very good in comparison with other offers. Providing preliminary information online was easy and on day of the sale documents required was clearly explained. The transfer process went smoothly and money transfer instantaneous. Fantastic company to buy a car from. Professional staff with friendly no pressure advice about the process. Upon collection we were talked through the features or the car, the 7day trial period and were given a goodie bag of products and even some water for the drive home. assessment and handover, was excellent – professional, clear and great to deal with. The fact they also organised an Uber home was a brilliant touch. Very highly recommended.
By contrast, I also tried selling through Carsales.com.au and found it expensive and ineffective – in my experience, it was actually worse than using Facebook Marketplace or Gumtree. I won’t be using them again or recommending them based on this experience.
I hope whoever buys our car is as happy with her as we were.

I found Carma to be very helpful, efficient, friendly, contactable and fair with their quote. Daniel did a quick assessment of my car and they had the agreed money in my bank account, within the hour. He even booked and paid for an Uber to take me home. Carma made the process very easy for us. They moved at our pace, were responsive, and communicated clearly. We picked up an Outlander and were very impressed with the car, no problems at all and I’ve just transferred the rego after driving it for seven days. Had my dream car in mind but no time to go around the car yards so I googled what I wanted and up popped Carma Cars online. Was looking at the cars they had and on the third page there it was my dream car and the exact colour I wanted. The finance process was all done online with guidance of the very helpful staff. for. The car was then approved for the quoted price. After going to our appointment the car was evaluated. They ended up minusing a good amount because of scratched rims and 1 missed service. The price that was quoted was already low. We weren't happy at all with that out come. It is a8yr old car some wear and tear was to be expected. As no major damage on the vehicle. Carma is similar to car sales instant offer only you drive to them. If you are desperate to sell and expect some loss then this is the right place. Daniel who we were served by was exceptional. It's nice to maybe one day do business with a company that is legitimately honest pays what is true to the item.

the value of my trade and and already had an idea what I wanted. They exceeded my expectations. As a buyer you also get - a 7 day grace where you can return your vehicle if its not for you - 12 months free roadside assistance - an authoritative (RMS) inspection report - you can not loose. I get it, buying via the web for some is not for them, and it wasn't for me until I read some of the reviews, but you really should investigate this as a way to buy/upgrade/sell your vehicle. Communication was exemplary - I run a business too - and I was impressed with how well I was kept informed of so many aspects of the sale. Carma will become the next big shift in the way we buy and sell cars for personal use and I can honestly say I would be a fool to set foot in a car yard again. Give it a go, and if honest and fair dealing isn't your thing then blame me.
Follow-up · I still find myself reflecting on how good an experience that was from start to finish. Ironically they also don't bombard you with marketing, instead you receive the occasional email. Go ahead and prove to yourself you are smarter than the average savvy car buyer.

Unfortunately , trying to sell my car to them was a total waist of time , sent me to the farest location when there was one closer , did not even bother to point me to the closest location , to get there and to tell me that the car is manual drive and start to hesitate in purchasing, when I specifically mentioned that the vehicle is a manual transmission . My opinion , this is not professional handeling .

Not pleased with their ridiculous appraisal. $250 for a car with 12months rego, 160,000km, full service history. Only issues are brake pads and air-conditioning compressor which is not a necessity. The car is easily worth $2000 on a bad day. I wouldn't recommend Carma.

Carma provided an original price to sell my car, valid for a week. I told them I wanted to proceed but not until I collected my new car which would be 2 days after this offer was due to expire. They said I’d need an updated offer as the original offer would be out of date by then. They delayed sending this new offer & I had to chase it. The second… Read more
offer came in on the last day that the original offer was due. The new price was much lower, citing “market changes (2 days).” I asked to accept the original offer as this was a greater amount and for them to collect my car that same day, but they refused, even though the first offer hadn’t technically expired yet.
The whole process felt unfair and poorly handled. The timing felt intentional, and the process left me feeling misled and disappointed.
