Convenient – I too disagree with the last review. Highly incorrect. If they make a mistake such as incorrect shipping, items out of stock and so on they give you a credit or promptly refund. Very unfair review. I've never had issues where if there were errors that they didn't help!!! You don't have to be home for the delivery, they happily swap items, promptly offer credits and refunds and their produce is never ever close to expiry! We live in the country and it is our god send that they deliver. Our small local shop always has items out of date or gone off or you can't get many items being country so having ezyshop deliver to us is awesome and at least we know we can get fresh milk that's in date and not gone off!!

Yeah sometimes issues with orders ie., out of stock and so on but you get that at any shop especially in the country. So no biggie. Saves us times, petrol to drive to Perth to shop and they regularly offer specials. We have gotten free boxes of fruits n veg as a thank you, they have had specials that you can apply codes to get discounts and they always try their best to please. Anyone saying otherwise obviously didn't contact the company as I have email proof also to show that these guys try hard and def don't bully!

Great Selection of Fresh & Gluten Free Products – As a working mother of 3. I found Ezyshop to be my extra set of hands, my life saver. All the fresh food comes packed in poly boxes & the other groceries in clean boxes. Another huge advantage is you don't have to be home to receive it. They also have a wide selection of Gluten Free & Organic products & their prices are reasonable too. Selection, price & convenience

Gluten free and organic products – I ordered from Ezyshop last week and was happy with the service and variety of products I could choose. There were cereals and peanut butter i wanted from South Africa and these were available.More choices are available from Britain and India.All the products were fresh and well within their use by date. They were reliable and i managed to get products i would not be able to get from other sites.

Rude, deceiving, old stock – I have bought from these people a few times and have to say each time theres been a problem. I had never complained as theres teething problems with all companies but in the end, something needed to be said. They send out emails saying free shipping if orders placed between this and that time. When you place your order and pay you arent given the free shipping. Then when asked, I was told, "this was only for orders for Tuesday" well I placed my order on the time stated so it's not my fault if you decide to deliver at a later date! That is complete dishonesty. I wasn't given a shipping refund! Then I bought some yoghurt, it had 4 days left till expiry. After pointing this out, I was given a refund. Then theres the stock issue. They have specials like all stores but they don't show how much stock is left.

I bought several items but they were out of stock so in the end, I only got some meat and yoghurt and had to pay $9.99 delivery cos they had run out of all the other items! I also had to get time off to be home for delivery. They need a swift kick up their date and organise themselves better. I for one won't be buying from them and neither will my mum and her neighbours. Out of this they have lost several customers that I actually got them in the first place by telling friends and family about them. Also they will tell their friends etc so was it worth it in the end annoying and being rude to a customer? Nope don't think so! Stick to Coles and Woolies, they have great PR. I also told them I would review them and they couldn't have cared less!
