Disappointing – Very disappointed with the customer service and overall service. We spoke to Stan from Campbellfield about a week ago to enquiry about getting a van. We needed to see if finance was an option, therefore he said no stress put $1000 down to secure the van and then we can access and see out options. He advised it was refundable if we didn't wish to… Read more

proceed or finance doesn't go through we could get our money back. Prior to the finance being approved we sent an email to cancel the application as our 4wd died and we needed to fix that before getting the van for towing, as now we dont have a vehicle to collect the van. We believed we did the right thing and cancelled the application and asked for the deposit back on goos genuine terms to be told our $1000 is theirs for keeps. We now have to go to the ACCC just for this as we have been palmed off to the general customer service line as Stan does not want to assist us.....this is disgusting service and really disappointing as we would of still went for a caravan after we got the car fixed in the coming weeks.

I will not be recommending and am now sharing to others to avoid this poor service.

Great value for money – We spent a number of months searching for our new camper, starting with camper trailers and ending with the Parkes 13 which has all the benefits of a camper trailer with the convenience of an indoor bathroom. We are really happy with its rugged exterior and with the finishes on the inside. It is easy to set up and pack up and the inner spring mattress is a winner.

Great value camper – We're impressed with the build quality of the Stirling LX. Little details such as sealant on every rivet and bolt are great. Travis was open and helpful during the sale and pick up. During our first weekend away the camper performed with out a problem

Parkes 13, Tough and Full of Features – We spent quite awhile researching Off Road Trailers and then started looking at the Hybrid Off Road Van ranges, thinking that they would be out of our price bracket. When we found the EzyTrail Parkes 13, it ticked all our boxes. Off Road Capable, Toilet and Shower inside, fridge and kitchen outside, compact but with heaps of storage. Dealing… Read more

with Travis and the team at Ezytrail Campers, Campbellfied, was an absolute breeze, with Travis explaining everything in detail and answering all our questions. We were convinced then and there that the Parkes 13 was the camper for us and made our purchase on the day we went to the Campbellfield showroom to see it.

We have had it now for about 4 weeks and in that time I have spoken to Travis on multiple occasions due to me wanting to check everything and figure out how it all worked before our 'maiden voyage'. When I found a couple of things I wasn't sure of, Travis was able to give me answers straight away and ensured that we were ready for the first big outing.

The first trip was only an hour or so up the road to Bridgewater on the Loddon in Victoria, a very well setup, maintained and run caravan park for a short overnight test run. (we wanted to not use the 240 power to prove the vans power system was capable of running what we have, but just in case we had any issues I booked a powered site) After an amazingly simple, half hour setup, we were sitting in our chairs having the first beer, contemplating what a great purchase we had made. The Parkes 13 then continued to impress us as everything in it worked perfectly. The 160w Solar Panel kept the battery bank charged up enough to run the radio, Waeco 95l fridge, TV and lights until we had enjoyed it all enough and decided to go to bed. The following morning, after sleeping in a bit longer than maybe we should have, we had a very simple and easy pull down and pack up and were on the road before we new it.

Therefore I can recommend buying a Parkes 13 to anyone that wants a great, feature packed, compact Off Road Van and Ezytrail Campers are so easy to deal with, they make the purchase to hard to pass up.

Ezytrail TN230 Tent only – I purchased the TN 230 Tent only via ebay, got a very good price for what was supposed to be one with some damage (2nds stock) ended up scoring a brand new tent with brand new pole design where by all poles apart from a few small C lip poles remain and fold with camper on bow end fittings. i did my own upgrades adding gas struts to the 2 X… Read more

under bed wood access panels, fitted 4 struts so powerful enough to hold fully made bed up while accessing inside trailer.

marked all poles with permanent marker for location and heights that suit for annex.

My only main annoyance is the use of cheap nylon Bow end fittings, i broke two and you only get one replacement. spoke to ezytrail over the phone a few times, very helpful with chatting, i then purchased some stainless steel bow end fittings to affix so cannot break again.

This is due to the poles remaining and folding in with camper it puts pressure on this as you push the camper up / closed.

so some simple upgrades and all good, happy with their service and phone chats.

also just purchased 6 more C clip extension poles so can keep annex nice and taught for rain and also the full storm cover so def protected from rain now.

Quality of Ezytrail soft floor camper – bought the camper in Oct 2012. most pole clips were broken. Contacted Campberfield where it was purchased and they sent out a replacement pole. Wrong pole. Contacted them again and was told not to contact them they will contact me. That was nearly three years ago and still waiting. The straps holding the cover down broke on the way home after… Read more

picking up the trailer. There were no dust seals anywhere other than on the tool box. Electrical cables run through holes in the steel work which had no rubber gromets and there were no tie down points for the travel cover.

Having been looking for a camper for quite some time I was familiar with the pricing, quality and features of numerous products. when I purchased this camper I was also aware of the visible faults which I knew I could easily remedy which I have since done as well as immediately re-painting as surface rust was already appearing after a week.

What I was not aware of was the complete lack of regard for any after sales care shown. If you are not handy at fixing things yourself do not buy. If you can fix things and like the challenge, them this is good value for money.

Pretty good – Bought the aluminum one with the drawers last year off ebay. Went to Melbourne to pick it up (we live in Adelaide). The lights and electric brakes on the one that they had for us weren't working. Spent the whole day wrangling with their staff who claimed it was the car brake controller that wasn't working. We got another one they had ready -… Read more

brakes and everything else working. Lesson - make sure you know your stuff, my partner does and did not budge otherwise we would have driven off with a faulty trailer.

Since then my partner had all electrics installed, dual battery, wiring etc etc. We took it on a journey up north to Darwin, through Kimberley, WA, Nullarbor and back to Adelaide. Did a fair bit of dirt driving some river crossings, but not real rough stuff. Did around 14000Km and had no issues with the trailer. It is easy to erect and take down. Dust proofing is not much good so will need to work on that. The water tap in the kitchen is weird and will look at replacing it. But all in all, pretty happy with the product.
