options at the excellent dealership in Geelong, we rented a 15’ Robe hybrid to tour the Flinders Ranges and Eyre Peninsula and get a better appreciation of the van prior to our ‘inevitable purchase’. Unfortunately, the van owner was unavailable for the handover, so we received little explanation on the intricate, technical aspects of this modern, relatively complex van. Fortunately, Jeremy, the then manager at Ezytrail Geelong, was particularly helpful, offering random advice to make the experience manageable. We were particularly impressed by the comfort. manageability and practicality of the van, but poor weather for most of the trip soured the experience, and on returning to Geelong, we advised Jeremy that caravaning was probably not for us now, but that ‘we may be back in the future’! Fast forward, family members with a baby planned a working caravan holiday up the eastern seaboard. Our Ezytrail option returned to the picture! A newer Ceduna 15 Mk3 quad was selected and purchased from Geelong. Jeremy and the team were brilliant at facilitating this transaction - the van was built on schedule and delivered to Geelong for handover and delivery to Tasmania. Unfortunately, I was hospitalised with sepsis at the time, so a family member acted as a backup. Jeremy provided close to 3 hours of instruction on technical aspects of the van. He also went beyond the call of duty personally delivering the van to the TOLL ferry in Melbourne to be freighted to Tasmania after the first attempt had been cancelled due to poor weather. The van returned to the mainland this year for an extended trip. Apart from loose silastic in the shower bay, it performed very well with no warrantee issues. Through the facilitation of Sam, the new branch manager at Geelong, it was taken to Newcastle for minor silastic repair and installation of a rear vision camera. Unfortunately, poor workmanship by the repairer created more issues – he cracked the shower bay and incorrectly installed the camera which eventually shorted and burnt out! Fortunately, these three problems were rectified through the efforts of Sam and Frank, the branch manager at Keysborough, before we caught the Bass Strait ferry to Tasmania. Frank was extremely accommodating, and the repairs were completed efficiently and on schedule by his team. Overall, we would not hesitate to recommend the Ezytrail Ceduna to prospective buyers. It is an ideal mid-size option to those considering caravaning with options and comfort. Equally importantly, we were highly impressed with the backup provided at Geelong and Keysborough when needed.

Purchased an EZtrail Airlie 11 to include the extras. Was informed that the extras would be fitted within a few days. Picked it up as we wanted to try it out. 1 MONTH later, and we're still waiting for the extras to be installed. What a dismal aftersales service. Will not be upgrading with another EZTrail caravan - NO THANK YOU!!! Show details

So glad we chose an Ezytrail Camper – We are extremely happy with our new Ezytrail Lincoln MK3 camper trailer. We looked at many other brands and styles but decided that the Ezytrail campers were by far the best as well as great value for money. blank there was, we had the option to pick up our Sterling Gt form Geelong or Campbellfield and chose campbellfield (close to home) and dealt with Jeremy the Geelong Manager also our purchase office, and did our handover as well all the staff at Ezytrail have been more than helpful from start to delivery and delivered early, since our pick up I have had a couple of calls to Jeremy with a question or 2 that he been more than happy to help. I could go on and on but and the end of the day we are very happy with the service and our new camper trailer from Ezytrail campers and will not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
