Disappointed once again with the lack of simple customer service from this company. Purchased electric blinds for $9500 in December 2023. The remote has died after less than 2 years of use. covered under the warranty since the goods are not yet even 2 years old? Have called asking where our new remote is to be told its coming. Today I've called the 1300 number 8 times but no answer? Really fed up now. I do not recommend this company.

Great looking product at a better price – We had our shutters installed yesterday, & it had made an immediate difference for the better.
