But company in driving seat ... they had my full payment from March... Already warned friends of experience as they are about to purchase shutters.

Fantastic result to a redesigned lounge
Gold CoastWe obtained three quotes and had visits by two representatives with one company asking us to do our own measure. FD shutters matched the cheapest quote and had by far the best service, follow up and top quality product. Initial measure by Stephanie, was rechecked by Glen our fitter, upon our order and the overseas order placed - yes we could have had them made in Australia but several people advised against it and was much more expensive to have done so.

Sunshine CoastQuinn came out to measure and quote for 2 blinds and two lots of window shutters. He was very friendly and made the selections easy. Issac fitted the 2 blinds quickly and easily. Communication over the phone was courteous and relaxed. Overall whole process has been stress free.

When I needed help with an adjustment, I received it with a smile and luke who fixed the adjustment, took a second order from me and subsequently installed it. Another fantastic outdoor awning installed
Sunshine CoastWe have had 2 large outdoor awnings installed. The first was an electric one in the carport and we were so impressed we've now had one installed in the alfresco area. I really rate the communication from the team. I message and texted Quinn a few times as I put my choices on hold for a few months and they were so accommodating. Isaac has done a great job installing the blinds and I will highly recommend Factory Direct to friends, family and neighbours. The awnings are great quality too. Thank you so much team!
