exactly on time as advised at the time of placing the order. Ben, contacted us to make a time for installation and again right on time Ben arrived. He was absolutely brilliant and did a fabulous job. He was so careful in the house and cleaned up everything. Not a scrap of rubbish left anywhere. Can't recommend Factory Direct highly enough.

blind & plantation shutter sales consultant who claimed to have 10+ years of experience. We put our trust in her expertise, only to be left in a situation of costly damage control requiring higher authority intervention to repair the fundamental delivery failures of the project she oversaw.

The trust placed in her words was entirely unfounded based on the outcome.

The problems continued during the check measure when the employee, Sam, showed a complete lack of respect or accountability for the consultant's previous errors. His conduct during the process resulted in avoidable physical damage to our home, specifically damage to walls and a broken vase. Sam failed to bring this to our attention nor did he care to apologise for it.

This disrespectful service compounded the initial error and led to an extended and unnecessary time period toward resolution. The overall process became an immense headache, frustration, and disappointing experience.

However, the entire situation was eventually salvaged by Luke, an employee of FDSAB. Luke found himself in the unfortunate position of needing to execute the damage control and fix what the previous staff members could have easily prevented had they cared about the delivery process.

Luke did an amazing job in service delivery. His expertise, professionalism, and commitment to perfection were well above his pay level. He fixed the errors, handled the necessary repairs, and ensured the job was executed flawlessly. He is the sole reason this project reached an acceptable conclusion, and his effort stands as a stark contrast to the incompetence and carelessness demonstrated by his colleagues. He is a huge asset to your company. People like Luke are rare!

Staff were all friendly and reliable from beginning to end. Got a quote booked in quickly and it came through the cheapest, and salesperson was most helpful. Took just over 6 weeks from check measure until contact for install. Installed and exactly what I wanted - installer even moved some hanging hooks around for me to make room for my plants :) Show reply

Brilliant service from the start to the end . Wendy came to do our estimates, she is absolutely lovely and very knowledgeable. Gave me some great tips and options which I didn’t know or think about. She prepared the docs fast and Richard and his team came out shortly after that to do final exact measurements . Installation went very smooth and it looks amazing. Ended up doing the whole house.
