nothing so paid for the return myself with a signature required on delivery.I received a notification that the tablet had been received on the 2nd of January 2014.Since then I have emailed and have rung the phone number on the factory-price page for the next 2 weeks in between the hrs stated on the page.I have received no satisfaction up until now

I told them the are committing fraud and told them that i will report them if i do not receive a refund, as i don't want the item back. I reported them to the NSW fair trading and they told me they couldn't help me because they cant get hold of them either!!!!!

they would post a replacement, again with a tracking number that was bogus.It is now 6-02-14 and no parcel has shown up. A search of the whirpool forums showed a list of similar complaints against this company,and several said they had complained to Dept of Fair Trading. They do not answer their freecall phone and rarely answer emails usually with false promises.

This exercise has cost much more than money,It is the time trying to sort out the mess ,countless phone calls and emails and not knowing whether to buy a replacement.

I too have instigated a chargeback with my bank and sent a report to Dept of Fair Trading(no response so far). I cant believe that the web site is still allowed to operate. The government regulation has failed in this case.

I think the moral is to stick with well known firms online or ebay where sellers are rated .

urge all of you who have ordered from them and either not received your goods or received faulty goods, to report them to the Office of Fair Trading in your state. The more reports they have against Factory Price, the better!! I will never buy from these people again and I tell everyone what happened so that it doesn't happen to others. I have lost $199. How many other people have been robbed??

Terrible service – I ordered a tablet on Dec 6 2013 and as of 21 January still have not received it. this was a christmas present for my daughter. My money was deducted immediately. My hardworking honest hubby works away in the outback and for him to be able to organise a lovely xmas surprise for me by ordering this took a lot of effort (with limited free time, limited phone reception and Internet use) and for his efforts to culminate in him being undeservedly and sheepishly empty handed on xmas day is despicable of this company! they must know that a lot of orders in December are for xmas presents and they have selfishly scammed and put people in an awkward situation is nasty and cruel! Our next step is contacting our bank to organise a charge back on the credit card.

Don't use this company – I ordered and paid $199.00 for an Onda tablet.
