The merchandise small means extra small – I sent them a message wanting either a refund or items resent in a larger size. They offered me 30% of what I spent. That is not acceptable. They originally said to keep the items due to high cost of mailing back. I will not buy from this company again. I should have read reviews and BBB reports before buying from them. Show details

Low quality clothing terrible customer service comms and illegal practises – I am in the process of trying to return items. Because I ordered a sweat shirt and dress. would go through my credit card to get the money back they refunded it. However the other items arrived. The sweatshirt is not a sweatshirt and a cheap lycra type material with the logo and tie dye print printed on in a very tacky manner. The dress I ordered is also the same horrible material and very low quality. That stretchy tacky material that should be reserved for cheap swimming costumes or childhood dance or drama shows. I contacted them to say I wanted to return it saying I was not happy with them and that one item did not fit. They ignored I was not happy about the items and just asked for my measurements which I declined to give them. They have requested pictures now of the items to see what the problem is with them. I am assuming I will have some terrible back and fourth over the next few days and will have to go through my credit card company. Save your money as they are terrible quality clothing. Not worth the hassle and the terrible communication. After reading other reviews I am waiting to see if they try and bribe me next... will keep you updated!...

UPDATE So I have had a back and fourth with them since the 27th September. They are refusing to give me a refund unless I take this review down. Which is actually illegal as it is bribery so therefore I am going to report them and encourage everyone else to do the same. I have never had such a back and fourth with a company over a refund. Avoid them at all costs! Low quality bad customer service and illegal practises.

Bad customer communication – Package didn’t arrive because of no notification or updates on parcel numbers etc. or delivery service. Still waiting for correspondence for over a month. Waiting for parcel for over two month!!! Very disappointed!
