Fanco Eco Silent Deluxe Range

Fan/light has worked flawlessly since installation. Very smooth & silent operation. The only problem I encountered was when I upgraded my modem & had a connection issue with the App. Fanco's tech support resolved that issue very quickly.

Ordinary performance – To get much effect, you need to crank it up to top speed and then certainly it's far from quiet. If you stand directly under the fan you get some cooling, but just outside where fan blade ends, there's very little action. Deluxe is the light dimmer and warm/white light options. To operate wifi SMART you need to switch from 5gHZ to 2gHZ. All up, I wish I hadn't bothered. Unfortunately bought two.

Amazing fan. Best on the market. I bought 4 of this size and 4 of another size – Quiet, no beeps, revers, indoor/outdoor, tropical rated. Economical on electricity being DC. Neat and does a great job – Got 3 of those for the kids room, study and playroom. We got the model with the integrated light and I like how slim and neat it is. most of the time, just have the turn the light off at the remote when we want the fan to stay on. The light is bright which is perfect as it’s the only light in the room and dimming is awesome for when the kids are going to bed and we want to settle them a bit! We also have found ourselves using the App more than we thought as if it’s gets cooler at night we can turn it down/off and not have to go into the room.

get ready for bed, turning it down to the lowest setting (which is little more than a night light) before turning it off. I leave the remote on my bedside table and if I need to get up in the night, I can turn the light on without being blinded.

The remote is likewise excellent: it looks good, compact and the buttons are easy to operate.

My only complaints are with the literature. The instructions for fitting the fan are excellent, but there’s not much information about the remote control, and I had to contact Fansonline to learn what “Natural Wind” does and how to make sense of the display when reversing the direction. They were very responsive to my email, and it was all explained clearly.

I also had difficulty getting the Tuya Smart app to recognise the fan, failing a number of times. But then I followed the troubleshooting guide which showed a second, slightly more complicated method of connecting the fan, and this worked. Once connected, however, it works perfectly and everything can be controlled from a phone, with the added feature of being programmable, so if you’re not going to be home for a while, you can have the light (and the fan) come on periodically.

Now that everything's working as advertised I couldn’t be happier, and I consider this a bargain at the price.

Hardly used so far but seems excellent quality – The fan was easily and quickly installed by the electrician. The remote works great and the different light intensities are an added bonus. Only used for testing because it is obviously not fan weather here at the moment.
