I picked up my Fantasy 12 Midnight on 8 February. Travelled 600km home and solar would not charge. work. To say I'm not happy is ab under statement. Would help if they ever returned phone calls instead of palming it off to a salesman to deal with.

holidays were over. Now they could not supply the caravan but will not refund our deposit. DO NOT BUY A CARAVAN FROM FANTASY AS IT IS A SCAM BITTERLY DISAPPOINTED WITH THEIR LACK OF SERVICE

I found the customer service very poor. I purchased last week. Fridge is not working as it should. I was told in hand over to read the instruction manual if challenged. THE THING IS IN CHINESE. My Fantasy, love it – We've had our Fantasy caravan F3s since 2020. Had a couple of teething problems to start with, it was our first van. Have upgraded the solar and placed an inverter in as well. We have been on some lovely holidays. Now we enjoy the caravanning life style so much, we are going around Australia for 18 months. So we will up grade to an 18.6 van. Think I will miss my little Fantasy. It been a great van.
Customer service poor – Paid a deposit. After that deafening silence. No follow-up after sale. Don't return calls. Don't answer e-mails. Make me wonder if I made a mistake. Show details

Not happy !! – I too ordered my c/van through K€!!¥ in Qld in November last year and was told an April delivery...well its now the middle of June and nothing !! Ive gave up with K€!!¥, contacted the Dandenong office twice and got 2 email replies...but no van. They might be a good c/van...wouldnt know, still waiting to find out. until you see your van, that way, when you've finally had enough of being run around, you can buy elsewhere.

to Fantasy. We purchased the same day and we are so pleased we did. We've had many weekends away and two big trips with the van. The latest really put the van through its paces travelling to Birdsville travelling via Windorah - an extremely dusty, rough, 200+kms gravel road. We had no dust in the van and no issues at all after 4,491kms and it is very comfortable to tow. The van operates easily on only solar power & we have rarely hooked it to mains power away from home as it lasts easily on the solar set up. We have had some minor issues with the van as you would expect with any van purchase but the after sales service is second to none! They attend to every issue or question without fail. Our friends with vans can't believe how easily a problem is sorted with Fantasy. Don't be put off thinking this is a Chinese import - they mostly all are - but this has been built really well & is a great little off road van. They have truly been a pleasure to deal with & if we upgrade we'll be going with another Fantasy! We just love our Fantasy van & recommend them to everyone we talk to.
Regular adventures are now a reality! LOVE IT! – We did a year’s worth of intense research before purchasing our van. We didn’t want the set up of a camper trailer and we didn’t want a huge caravan to tow. We chose the F5 (bunks, no shower and toilet) because we wanted to drive at night and stop, get out of the car and jump straight into bed. With the help of WikiCamps all of the 24 hour road side stops have toilets, even showers sometimes) so for us, it was all about getting us and the kids into beds quickly and with minimum fuss.
There are plenty of imports starting to come into Australia but nothing compares to the value that fantasy are offering. We love all the battery power included, plenty of USB/12v points standard (that others charge hundreds for), the tv, solar on the roof, the quality Truma gas hot water system, the massive fridge/freezer, motorised awning, the air con, off road ruggedness and the big water tanks.
Admittedly, we had a few teething issues to begin with. But it’s to be expected...Even my in-laws who purchased a 20ft van at 80k (different brand) had some too. What counts is that they fix them. I should also mention that not long after getting the van we stupidly left the handbrake on and did some damage. After seeing the van, the repairer commented on the van being better made than so many of the Australian made vans that he sees. So there you go.
Do your own research but when it comes to hybrids, you won’t find any better value offering on the market.
