Follow-up · I have now ordered my third pair of shoes from Faulls Online. Their service is five star. Orders are dealt with promptly and dispatched same day. Delivery time is then up to Australia Post depending on the location of the purchaser. II have bought both winter shoes and sandals and all have been of excellent quality and very comfortable to wear. I highly recommend this seller.
Outstanding Service – I have had two separate purchases from Faulls, one being boots, the next being sandals. Both orders were extremely efficient with speedy deliveries. solve my problem is the best service anyone could ask for. I have shopped in the Faulls Ballarat store on occasions & from my experience with in store purchases & on line shopping, both are excellent ways to buy shoes from great staff.

desire for the shoes won over and I went ahead. I ordered the shoes on a Monday night and I received them back home in NSW by the Thursday afternoon. Not bad service at all. Shoes were perfect, packaged up nicely. My only sore point was that Faulls use Sendle Couriers for delivery (free post for me) but they delivered the shoes to the wrong address having copied the address supplied by Faulls incorrectly. I realised looking at the tracking information from Sendle that there was a mistake so I went to the address they were delivered to and retrieved them. I suggest maybe Faulls look at using a different carrier as Sendles reviews online are very poor. All in all I couldn't fault Faulls and if I need another pair of anything I'll definitely look to them.

Fast and helpful online service, speedy delivery, quality product – Ordered a pair of Planet Shoes boots on Tuesday, after phoning one of Faull's stores for shoe size advice. Boots delivered that Friday. Very happy with speedy delivery, in good condition, and great and helpful service. Boots fit perfectly, happy with purchase.
Worst customer service – I have visited this store many times over the past 8 years, though not regularly, and the attitude of the staff never changes. They never make shopping there pleasant. In fact, I have tried on many pairs of shoes and never bought any because of the rudeness and unpleasant, unsmiling sales assistants. A very negative experience.
