I'd give Fay's 10 out of 5 if I could – I've had the pleasure of dealing with Fay's twice now and I wish I could deal with them every single day. They are just the most charming people to deal with and take genuine delight in pleasing their customers. The first time I placed an order they were on the phone to clarify the address because they wanted to despatch the order the same day. When it turned out I needed to exchange something they asked what I would like to exchange it for so they could put it aside and not be disappointed should it be sold out by the time the exchange reached them.
