Let down in the most spectacular manner – Well what can I say. Beau let us down in the most spectacular manner. We have patiently waited since May for our pool to be installed in August. The communications were fantastic until the deposit was paid. My emails in between went unanswered, so did texts and left messages. pool which is when I prompted him about getting the planning approval ready for the install date ...as always no reply. To cut a long miserable story short at the end of August he casually said that because of the sewer pipes we wouldn't get approval and would cheaper to get a concrete pool!!! These are THE SAME sewer pipes I showed him 4 months earlier which were of no concern back then!! He completely wiped his hands of us. Kids so upset as he even said the digger was booked. Excuse after excuse anything to buy an extra day to work out the next excuse.

We have since had in another fibreglass pool company in that said all it requires are piers at a cost of $3k .... obviously this was too advanced for Beau to tackle.

The only positive thing I can say about him is that he refunded my deposit with an apology but stated he didn't feel he had let us down... seriously!!!!?????

I'm sure there will be another elaborate excuse in response to this review... because that is what Beau is good at.

By the way FibreGlass Pools Australia used to have a review page on their Facebook which has been now removed - pretty obvious why.

Disappointed – Not great. Not even good. Disappointed. Impossible to buy from these guys. Looks like the reviews for FPA on their FB page are from friends and family. Be surprised if they have even sold a pool.
