Fiera

Lousy Customer Service – I was admiring a pair of earrings in Fiera at the Bulimba store for some time and one day I finally asked to see them. The staff member wouldn't let me try them on but assured me they would suit me perfectly. I ummd and ahhd while she kept telling me how good they would look on me. I bought them. Big mistake! I went home, put them on and said oh, no!!. I wore them the next day, met a friend for lunch and asked her about the earrings. My friend point blank said they did nothing for me. My husband was away, when he returned I put them on and asked him and he very gently said they did not suit me at all. I went back to Fiera and the same woman was on and she asked about the earrings and I told her that they looked terrible on me and the comments I received. She exclaimed quite vocally, and I quote "they are lying". She did not care that I bought a pair of earrings for $110.00 that looked awful on me and that I do not wear. I wrote to Fiera and as of today never receive a response. Have tried to sell them on ebay to no avail, guess I will be giving them away to Vinnies now.
