HolyH20 water filter and shower filter 10/10 – I bought this water filter a few months ago and its been the absolute best!! The taste is great, I feel healthier and I no longer have to put up with the yucky taste of tap water!! the one been sold (different model) So we kept the less attractive one and bought the one we were after at a nice discount thanks to AJ and will give the other non wanted bench filter to our family member who's birthday is coming up. the bench filter itself is fairly straight forward to put together and if any issues there are step by step videos on youtube.
Looked great but very disappointed – A little disappointed with the product. Both the filters were in boxes that had different pictures to the actual filter components which makes me think they may source from different places and repackage. doesn't sit flush as the tap actually sits slightly on the base. There should be small section cut out of base where tap is.
Did a pH tear and no difference to tap water.
Overall very disappointed and would not recommend. Would be one star if I'd paid full price.
Water filter – Recieved this last week.waited till I refilled 3 times then tasted the water.yes,there is a big difference in taste..to be honest I'm not happy about the tap,t all.it's like made cheap n nasty. the filter effectively removes all of the harmful things like fluoride and heavy metals and so much more from the water. to improve i would appreciate something like a re-mineralizer as the water filter also kills the good stuff in the water as well as the bad stuff Show reply

Avoid this filter at all costs. I’ve dealt with 6 months of being ignored by this company. After threatening legal action, they finally sent a replacement — but without the essential seals. I spent another 2 months chasing them for those seals. Their final answer? “It doesn’t come with seals.” That’s a lie. My original Trinity filter had seals —… Read more
I even have photo proof and screenshots of them saying they'd send them. They never did.
This is the cheapest Chinese-made filter you can find, shipped direct from China — and the company won’t help you if something goes wrong. Total red flag.
No seals = no proper filtration. You’re just running water through a loose system and hoping for the best. That’s not health — that’s risk.
If you care about your body or your water, do not waste time here. Get a Berkey or something legit. This is just toxic hardware hiding behind marketing.

False advertising! – Water tasted terrible. They sent me new filters. Still didn't taste right so asked for a return slip to return the product as it seemed faulty to me. Their website clearly states they offer full refunds and cover return shipping. They refused to cover shipping, then when I questioned this they offered me a 50% refund and keep the faulty product. Now they're refusing to reply any further. False advertising!

Steer clear of HolyH20. Poor communication, 6 week delivery time and average quality product. Do not recommend – After purchase, the email received states that "you can expect your order within 10 days". No tracking number was given. The order was placed late November. Twenty days later and I still hadn't receive the order. I contacted the company and they claimed it was "lost". I have my doubts that the order was even sent. dispatched and again no tracking number. After several emails over the following weeks chasing the whereabouts of my order and then requesting a refund because I was fed up, it finally arrived 6 week late. My experience turns out to common occurrence. Buyer beware that all components are made in China as some people are under the impression that the product is Australian made. The plastic is cheap and average quality. Will definitely not be purchasing from this company again. Do not recommend.

Follow-up · Their after sales service was amazing. I purchased a new filter for my existing setup. It didn’t fit my water filter. Contacted Holy H20 by email who replied with in an hour which surprised me, as it was the weekend. They asked a couple of questions to make sure they got the replacement part exactly correct and delivered the new one immediately. It was on my doorstep within a couple of days.

Have had this tabletop filter about a year. Generally pretty happy with the overall function. I even bought one for my parents. My only gripe is the lid. I hate it with a firey passion. obstructs the door of the kitchen cabinet and you have to take the lid off the unit to open the cabinet door. My parents have moved the water filter out of their kitchen and into their laundry (it also obstructs their laundry cabinets) however now that it's in the laundry they never use it, which is a shame. I've just moved into a new home and sure enough same situation as i had at my old place, can't open the upper kitchen cabinet without removing the lid. I suppose it's a pretty first world problem but there's really no reason the lid needs to be so tall. I hope one day H20 start manufacturing new lids for their units.

Holy H20 has been so efficient with the products that we have purchased for our showers and our trinity water filters that we have purchased 3 of now! Our water has never been good but now we are able to drink clean mineralised water!! We have also purchased a hydrogen water bottle for each of us and have been very pleased with them also! A1 Customer Service – Purchased Holy H2O Water filter back in January. Took a while to arrive but once it did was keen to get up and working however one of the bowls had a crack and the lid also cracked. Sent them photos straight away and within 1 week received new bowl, lid plus bonus ceramic filter. Cannot fault this company at all for its Customer Service and communication. Hydration happiness – Purchased as a gift for my son who didn’t drink water because he ‘hated the taste’ of what came out of his tap, and wanted to improve his overall health by drinking more water.
