Being over charged on labour – This is a review to make people aware to check labour charges on there bill. Their customer service and installation was excellent and can’t complain, which would be 5 stars but this review isn’t about that side of the business. I had a job completed which took an hours labour. The bill I got had 2.5 hours labour. I contacted them and questioned this was told I’d hear from someone never did but ended up getting the bill fix but no one would face up to answering why I was so over charged, it was just brushed off. After having this happen came across someone else who had a similar experience and they were also able to get it sorted after questioning it. Who knows how many have just paid it and not questioned an outrageous labour charge, so if you’re going to use this business please keep an eye on this if you feel your been over charged question it and have as much proof as possible if you can.
