Swift, cheap, friendly, and adaptable to wasp nests – Benjy did a brilliantly swift job of replacing the cap on our chimney. He clambered up onto our ancient roof to measure the flue, narrowly avoiding a wasp nest, and then went off to collect the right cap, returned and installed the cap within the hour. Kept in contact via text from our first contact with him. Very decent price, completely transparent about parts and costs, and a most friendly fellow. Beware - Don't be robbed of hard-earned money – After a month found water still leaking into house had to hire another to check the problem and found that the gutter was still clogged to the top with old debris!!! He had done nothing but remove what could be seen from the street. Now have to pay another person to actually do the job. This guy [name removed] also refused to provide a receipt after only accepting only cash. Run for you life. He's a charlatan.
