Quote process was ridiculous – Not happy with the quote process. 1. Phone call at 8.15am Monday morning is just a tad early. 2. I book in time for a quote at 1pm Tuesday. kept being interrupted by this business to the point that my work call was cut off! 5. Then off my work call I see a message advising person coming just after 2pm when appointment was 1pm. 6. I confirmed that time was fine and expressed dissatisfaction that I had planned my whole day around a 1pm appointment! 7. Then I get another phone call! That’s when I said enough is enough I do t need this hassle of just getting a quote! If you are employing some business to help with appointment setting and Google search ads please rethink this approach. What a hassle just to get a quote. I can’t image the hassle of completing the job!

A pleasure to deal with competent builders – The work involved repairing part of the roof to prevent future leaks and replacing the ceiling of one room damaged by serious leaks. contractors had not. The actual work followed soon after my agreement to the work proposed and the quotation. The standard of the work, which was in two parts, was high and efficient. A follow up inspection of the first part was requested and followed soon after the request was made, in fact within a couple of days. The standard of the second part of the work was high and completed quickly at the time promised. The request for payment for the work to be spread over several installments was readily agreed to.

Finding reliable contractors to undertake roofing work is not easy and in this cases has had to overcome some hurdles in terms of solutions proposed and cost. I was very pleased that this work fixed the problems and was done to a high standard by obviously highly competent workmen within a short time.

Dealing with AsNu on this occasion, as last time, was a pleasure.

We would like to especially acknowledge the work of the senior carpenter (Wesley?) who was amenable to any request and the painter who completed the work inside and out. He took special care in avoiding any paint getting onto new window runners. Our contacts with Yasmin, Jessie and Janine in the office were always positive, and I especially appreciated Yasmin taking on board some comments I made about the due date period shown on accounts payable. overall workmanship quality of work and communication – Poor communications would not answer queries, Work started 5 months after deposit paid and only after MANY phone calls. Upgrade of pergola – Found this group on a google search. The work they did was great. I particularly liked that the carpenter had an apprentice with him, and was very good at training.

Disrespectful and poor workmanship – Have never seen more poorly-skilled painters, or had the displeasure of dealing with more obnoxious trades in my life. I guess you get what you pay for, although they didn't need to be arrogant, dismissive and rude to everybody in the building. Had to apologise for their behaviour to all tenants and ended up harming my relationship with them because of these pelicans. Never again.

A job well done – ASNU was used to replace the pergola on my terrace. They were a pleasure to deal with from the salesman to the tradesmen who were efficient, professional and friendly. The quality of their work was excellent and I have no hesitation in recommending the company.

Beach House Revived – ASNU were great as usual. I had a big job to restore this old 1950s beach house. They Gutted out the old Kitchen and replaced it. Repaired all the Damaged Wood inside and outside. Sanded all Floors and Finished them to perfection. And repainted at the drop of a hat to perfection. We rented out this 2 Bedroom Beauty and receive $200 more per week. Thanks to ASNU. I will use you for more jobs in the future.

Relining an old roof attic – David arrived early each day and advised his work approach and materials to be removed and replaced. The entrance room floor was covered in drop sheets. installation. Working space was extremely limited in both floor and roof clearance, but David's work was very thorough. He finished the job with cleaning the area and removal from site of all materials - old and new.

Kitchen and Internal Painting excellent – ASNU designed and installed a new kitchen for us, Wassim did a wonderful job and all the tradesmen were very helpful. ASNU also painted the inside of the house, Geoff gave good advice as usual and was very helpful. The painters Paul and Jordan were also very helpful and polite and did a professional job. We have used ASNU before and would have no hesitation in doing so again.

Deck repairs – We are extremely happy with the deck repairs carried out for us by ASNU - our deck looks like new! Roof and Barge Board Repair – We were very happy with the work carried out by ASNU. We had barge boards replaced and painted as well as some roof tiles replaced. The work was carried out promptly, and all of the workers were very helpful and friendly and attended to all of our requests.

A number of different jobs well done on an old terrace – ASNU came quickly to quote and then scheduled the work in a timely manner that fitted in with us. We required roof repairs, a large exterior wall painted and shelving installed in the laundry and ASNU has a team to do all we needed. They were flexible when we changed requirements and also made helpful money saving suggestions for work that could be done while the scaffolding was up. We are very happy with the results.

Great customer service, communication and workmanship – From start to finish the whole experience was fantastic.
