inutilia (it’s Latin) – If you’re attempting to refinance your mortgage with another vendor, make sure they don’t engage the services of First MS. Unless you have a penchant for suffering and stress. Months of delays, lack of communication and multiple resubmits is how I would characterise my experience dealing with this organisation. I’ll have the property paid off by the time the refinance goes through and that’s with a 30 year term.
