Look elsewhere – I am deeply disappointed with the Moorebank centre. Over the time my children were enrolled, I observed several concerning issues that make it impossible for me to recommend to other parents. There is constantly an extremely high staff turnover across all rooms in the centre, which creates instability and inconsistency in care. My children were often introduced to new caregivers, which was unsettling and disruptive to their routine. It was evident that many of the staff were poorly trained and inexperienced, leading to a noticeable lack of proper care and attention. The management at this centre is severely lacking. Concerns brought to their attention were often ignored or inadequately addressed. There seems to be no accountability or desire to improve the quality of care provided. Even when I provided notice that I would be terminating my children's care due to these ongoing issues, there was no genuine interest in addressing or resolving the problems. This lack of concern only reinforced my belief that their focus is more on profit than on the well-being of the children in their care. Overall, this centre has failed to meet the most basic standards of childcare. I do not trust them with the well-being of my children and advise other parents to look elsewhere for a more reliable childcare option.

Worst service I have ever come across – If I could give a lower review I would. This entire company is highly money oriented with child and staff's safety/well being coming a distant second. The upper management both expect staff to be happy to work for them and yet also tell staff to fudge legal ratios, regulations and laws because they don't want to spend the money or time to do things properly.

I have heard some truly conserving things happening at at several different locations. Including key hr people verbally abusing staff, ignoring clear child safety issues, breaching legal regulations/laws, hounding staff over minor things outside of working hours (breaching 'Right to Disconnect'), charging families double then refusing to refund, utilising causals over perminate staff leaving children confused/unable to fully settle, delaying support for children with special needs and even hiring staff that where under qualified who went in to harm the children in their care.

This is all on top of how poorly these services tend to be resourcesed. Seeing bored, chaotic or miserable children and over stressed or burnt out staff seems to be the unfortunate norm across their services.

This company is trying to compete with company's such as Goodstart, Little Zaks or similar. Unfortunately they haven't taken the time to properly establish their services, have cut corners and continue to prioritise money over anything else. I would be honestly surprised if this company and its services were even around in a few years with the way they are over extending themselves.

Very unpleasant experience – If I could give 0 stars I would. My son has attended since mid January 2024, we are now in February it hasn’t even been 4 weeks and I have had 2 major incidents 1where he has his entire cheek covered in bruises and a second where he has been bitten by another child in his hand. They only care about $ and not for children’s safety. My sons bottom has rashes as they did not clean him properly. He would always come home hungry and thirsty as if he hasn’t been feed. I am very disappointed in this centre, they are so nice at the beginning to get you to sign up. Then they turn and lie. Please avoid this centre it has been nothing but heart breaking for me.

Worst childcare in liverpool – This is very bad childcare from management to operation. When children got accidents, the manager will lie to parents or threaten them. Changing reports after parents singed on it. They change educators without notice. Teacher are careless Managers are very aggresive and are money hunger. Withdraw notice is very long, minimum 4 weeks. My children got few times of hand, foot & mouth diese in short period. There are heaps of bad reviews so they asked their eduators to make a good review about them
