Always a catch – As I receive centrelink I'd get my repayments taken out the day I received my centrelink. Came to repaying my second cashstop loan. My bank was an hour late then normal (100am local time) to find cashstop tried to get the money), rang them and asked why when they know Centrelink payments get paid all through the am hours why they could not wait… Read more

till the afternoon to debit my bank account, I rang them and they said its a $40 dishounor fee. I said "no way", they then said that they will reduce it to $20. I explained that they know my income source is Centrelink. I tagged it up as a little muck up and next loan same thing. I see what they do and am staying well away from them.

Still taking out money – This company feels that it is ok to continue to take out money when ever they feel like it out of my account, can not contact them as they do not answer email or phones... they are quick to pull you in but will mess you over so quickly. Will never use this service again .... considering court action

Speeding Fast Money – I applied my loan on Saturday... Cause weekend... Once on Monday ,i got approved & got the money on my bank straight... Thanks To [name removed] who called me ,when it funded Easy & fast if nothing wrong on document or details... Excellent! will do it again – First stop money has been excellent applied for loan on monday gave them my 90 day bank statement and my most recent payslip and received the money in my bank today they are really good. i dont know why people complain about them so much.They are very good. The customer support was helpful and answered everytime i called them :) I will deffinately apply for another loan realiable,very good service,fast and quick payment  Show reply

Awesome – I have used FSM on more than one occasion to get me out of a tight spot. EVERY TIME and I mean every time they have been nothing but courteous, efficient and extremely helpful in getting my loans through - 9 times out of 10 the funds have been in my account BEFORE I got the email saying so - the only time this didn't happen was when I applied on… Read more ·  1

a Thurs - the funds were there on the Monday though. I also have nothing but GREAT things to say about the staff I have dealt with on the phone - they have all been AWESOME & really helpful. My experiences have been all positive & I will continue to use FSM without hesitation whenever I need to. Fast, helpful

Slow + slow – Applied 30/07, Approved 31/07 today 01/08 still no funds.. Have used nimble before and the whole process took 2 hours and received funds on the 3rd hour.. Terrible service all-round – These guys are owned or run by cash train. Every time I have tried to call them I am constantly on hold, I'm talking 15-20 mins minimum. Any chance they get they will screw you over, particularly with rescheduling so be aware of this! My advice, shop around. You'll end up worse off then you were before with these people! Very, very little Customer service and actual service offered.

days. If you're looking for a 'same day' loan, please whatever you do, do not apply through FSM/Cash Train! The customer service skills of all staff situated in the WA call centre is absoloutly disgusting! Never have I ever faced such rude, unhelpful staff members in my life!

I think I spoke to one man by the name of [name removed] whom was at least sincere in his apologies on behalf of Cash Train and explained exactly why it was taking so long instead of rudely, generically telling me (like a robot) the things I already knew! I also had a staff member try their very hardest to spin me the worst excuse I've ever heard, but once caught out they seemed to turn quite nasty! Last time I will be applying for a loan with First Stop Money 'Cash Train' and I will also be telling everyone I know how it's complete and utter rubbish/false advertising that funds will be deposited on the same day.. Being a returning customer I would have thought it would be much quicker. I thought wrong! First Loan was funded on the same day as application Rude customer service, wait time, correspondence

forms through, and every time i did so, the call centre worker was suprised sounding and not up to date on what had been provided, so i was basicly catching them up on the progress of the application!!

eventually i was told the funds would be in my account monday, heard and seen nothing, no funds, and on thursday i recived an email telling me that the wrong bank details were supplied and the money had bounced back

i supplied the proper details thursday morning, and again was assured the funds would be transferred that afternoon, still nothing in my bank, so again i called and was told that the funds were actually being transferred friday between 10 oclock and 12 oclock their time, by 12 oclock am friday night, still nothing. i called my bank (westpac) and was assured there were no pending payments recived, and a transfer would be immidiatly visable i my account apon receiving it from cash train

its now saturday midday, and i have had to borrow money from family members to cover the costs of living in the meantime(i was depending on the money to basicly live for this week) and im so frustrated with this company i could scream. if the money was going to take 1 to 3 days to process then why was i repeatedly assured my the call centre team that it would be a same day process?

if you are looking for prompt service avoid this company, my experiance with them has been nerve wracking, frustrating, tedious and frankly not worth the amount i applied for.

i now am facing the agonizing wait untill tuesday to see any money come through, and if it still hasnt i have no other option but to report this company to the ombussman or asic.

it should be transferred by Thursday evening. Well still no money but I had an email arrive telling me they were sorry for the inconvenience but it would be transferred with the first batch of payments Friday morning. This morning arrived still no funds, rang the call centre, to be told that it would be done at 11am W.A time so at 11.30 W.A time I rang again only told that my payment had been left out of the 1st batch. The consultant was helpful and polite, took my complaint thru to management as expected there was nothing they could do. I'm disgusted with this service.

Am interested to know if everyone who has been messed around by these fools, has eventually ended up with their money or if it's just a well covered scam?

I only went thru cash train cos it was well advertised which made me believe it was legit. Can't believe such a pathetic organisation hasn't been shut down. The consultant [name removed], was polite and helpful The slow service and the other rude n arrogant consultants

Dont do it - find someone else!! – I applied for a "same day," loan along with a whole bunch of other people last week. We received the usual decision logic multiple requests, followed by approval confirmation. 5 days later, still no funds and no-one answering the phones. appearing on their website all complaining about the same issue (approval with no funds / no-one could reach them). All complaints were removed over night...

Then someone had the [censored word removed] to actually contact me after I emailed them telling them they can remove my post but word of mouth is another alternative. I was accused of swearing which is the reason my post was removed...I did not swear. The other complaints were also free of bad language, yet they were removed.

This company is not even registered with the FS Ombudsman so that in itself is a good reason to stay well away.

They are joke, find someone else!! If you can reach them, the call centre staff a great...Management on the other hand appear to be complete morons! Don't rely on receiving cash the same day, or the next day, or the day after that!

Uncontactable!!!! – I have been approved for a loan but cannot contact this company. The phone drops out everytime, no funds are in my account, live chat doesn't work, emails are unanswered! What is going on? Either I have the loan or I don't! Very, very unprofessional and rude. Just waiting on emails that never arrive re: funds in your account same day. This company should be closed down. The phone numbers are only automated recordings which never answer, I know this because I was stupid enough to hold for 2.15 hours!

First Stop Money/Cash Train – They are the biggest joke in town. After applying at 9am yesterday and it's now 1pm the following day still no response. Filled out all the paperwork and did the whole decision logic thing with no response. This isn't the first time that this has happened. I tried applying previously and gave up because of the lack of responsiveness by the Customer Care Team and thought I would give them another go. Come on FSM! Pick up your game!

However, as mentioned, even though you receive multiple emails and SMS from them, particularly stating phone numbers/email addresses to contact with any enquiries. You simply never actually get a hold of anyone. Now, couple this together with them processing payments out of your bank account 2 days earlier than agreed upon (ie: Monday instead of Wednesday) well....that is just not on, but exactly what is happening to me today. The contract and the emails state the payment dates, but they have processed 2 days early, prior to me getting my salary, and have put my account into arrears!! This is an atrocious company, and should be shut down for misleading advertising, breaching their own terms of contract, and absolute Zero Customer Service. It all seems like it is easy and goes well when applying, because it's all automated, then the review of your application...well you don't know how long that is gonna take, could be an hour, could be a couple days....then even when you get an automated email saying your loan has been approved, then you have to wait for an automated email to say it has actually been funded. My last loan with these guys, was approved on a Friday...not funded til the following Tuesday!!! Never Again I did receive the funds i applied for...eventually Zero Customer Service, Can Never Actually Get a hold of anyone Via Phone, Email, Live-Chat

Absolutely Terrible - Do Not Bother! – This company should be fined for deceptive and misleading conduct. Their TV ads, phone message recordings and website all emphasise that this is a same day service. It is most definitely not. that immediately and two days later have still received no response. So, all in all four full business days have passed since I applied for a loan and I still haven't received an answer from them. Only people who are in desperate situations and need money within 24 hours (like me) go to these type of 'payday' lenders because of their promise of quick funds. Please don't bother with this lot because by the time they finish processing your application your next payday will have come around!

Furthermore, they do not respond to emails, you cannot get through to them on the phone and if you are lucky enough to reach someone on chat they will give you a standard response of "your application is with our underwriting team and they will contact you via email shortly". When you ask for a time frame they just say that they don't know because they are not in that section and that they are very busy. If it takes them a week to process an application they should not be holding themselves out to consumers as a same day service. Will definitely refer my experience to the ACCC and Ombudsman.

contacting them...if the number isnt busy each time you ring, you are left on hold until you just give up and hang up or you will get disconnected. Live chst is a joke and i guess they must toss a coin as to whether they will bother replying to your emails. You do not provide a product as advertised on tv and i will be taking this matter to the ombudsman and other appropriate authorities as i believe you are breaching your promises. I have used nimble with no worries ever and i will go back to them.

I was Unable to contact at any stage throughout the day, the phone numbers provided are a joke! I have put the phone down and sat on hold for hours at a time. I hear nothing back despite numerous emails to the customercare@paid.com.au email address independently and through there website.

As a lending company i would have thought they would understand the stress that comes with needing a short term loan and would be there to answer your queries and put your mind at ease. I have used nimble and have found they are amazing and so easy to work with they are also very easy to contact.

FSM i understand you are extremly busy but you need to step your game up or you wont be.

is hidden at the bottom of the page in really small font. When you do finally find it - everyone is offline so the service is not available. So you contact them via their email on the contact us page.. You very quickly get a reply telling you that this is a no reply email address. How are you supposed to contact them if their phones aren't answered, the live chat is offline and the email address doesn't work?

Still waiting to hear back from them.

Have used other companies in the past - and they are heaps better than these guys.

Really upset – I've been waiting 5 days for my loan,rang them,sent hundreds of emails yet someone still hasn't called me. I'm ment to be a regular customer and waited so long! Can't get through – I applied and sent through documents required via the link. It's been two days haven't heard anything. I tried calling and after 1minute it automatically hangs up on me. I give up. I needed something to tie me over in the weekend asap and I'll try elsewhere. I'm an existing customer and it looks like I'll be going elsewhere.

Breached contract – First money took out both repayment s from my bank account leaving me with $100 to survive for two weeks until pay day. I called them up and I was advised that it was a system error and my money will be refund back into my account. I'm still waiting for my money being sending them emails and can't get through to them either still no reply back.
