Hi, accidentally put my old wheat bag in the washing machine and it broke. How do I get the inside base out, or can I just run another load? with vinegar and water to wash through? I removed all the wheat from the inside drum.
My machine is leaking water out the front of the detergent dispenser during filling stage, once its finished getting detergent in the machine it stops leaking. I have pulled the clipped in lid off and cleaned what i could. Any thoughts?
hello, is plastic square in bottom of bowl just a cover that pops off or do i unscrew it counter clockwise? Kind regards-Phill
The machine does not stop filling water when set on Clean Me cycle. Whay could be the problem

Is there a filter that needs to be cleaned out in the Aquasmart 2.
I always used the “Clean Me” function in my Aquasmart washing machine, it didn’t have a manual filter. Mind you, mine was the first Aquasmart model and it was 18yrs old when I retired it.
I have a Fisher and paykel top load washing machine model number: WL80T65CW2 / 93191-A AU. it's noisy only in maximum spin RPM, load not out of balance, I replaced the 4 shocks, 4 elastic rubber holding the bowl from corners and the two bearings with new seal But problem not solved
When I lift the bowl up it has Clearnce, it goes about 2cm up without any resistance!
When I disassemble the spline drive it has only the two parts (2 &3) {the small gear and the top housing for it with 3 screws) showing in attached picture, is that clearance normal whe I lift the bowl up or may be someone disassembled it before me and missing a part(clutch spring or something?}
Please help and guide me how I can fix it.

PS. When I use the mid spin speed it works normal without any noise.

A bearing wouldnt be a terrible hard fix. If you can get a new one it might be worth a try if you are handy. Bearings are relatively inexpensive.

105 is a Display Module Fault, you need to replace the display module, which is a fairly simple fix.

Hi my machine is constantly resetting itself when it gets to the spin part of the cycle, it resets back to the start and starts all over again. Not sure if it’s the suspension rods and the elastic bands need replacing or there is something wrong with the electronic control panel. If I just set it on spin it only goes for a couple of mins then resets its self to Rinse and spin. Not sure if it’s worth fixing.. thanks

My 83 year old mum is having trouble with the machine going off balance , she stops the machine and tries to rebalance the load .. it happens with most of her washes … then it starts it cycle all over again… what should we do …
Sadly I fear a washing machine tech visit is in your future- could be the tub and associated bolt, could be the rods or stretchy bands holding the tub in place. I have had this washing machine for about 10 years now and been so happy with it but when initially filling up the water comes on and goes through the detergent holder and then it keeps alternating with hot and cold as I do a warm wash. It fills up a little then makes a whirring noise and nothing is happening, no water coming in and it just whirrs for about 3 mins then then the water starts coming in again. I actually dont think the detergent is getting into the machine as my clothes dont smell like it is. Any clues what might be happening. The rest of the cycles are all fine.
The maintenance spanner came up, followed book instructions, when turn on after 1min it makes clunky noises and will not start to rinse or spin as the book says. It keeps doing this like it is trying to start, then more clunks and stops. Is it dead ?
Could be as simple as underwire from bra, or as complex as needing parts replaced. Callout fee when ours did the same was $120.
