Should of listened to all the negative reviews – I went ahead & bought this dryer even after reading some negative reviews but I always have found Fisher & Paykel a reliable brand well not in this case, I have hardly used the dryer & now it’s stopped heating, very disappointed.

Great Dryer – Drys clothes mostly ok only thing it doesn’t like is screwed up socks Doesn’t handle over filling at all but on the whole good dryer that is quiet and relatively cost efficient. Would recommend to people looking for a mid priced item. Wall mountable with a extra sticker to be able to use if it is mounted. Definitely worth the 4 stars  Show details

simple dryer – we use this every second or third day when we cant use the clothes line. this dryer does the job and does it well. so far ive had no complaints, it runs relatively quiet and my clothes comes out soft and dry. there are too many functions, but are easy to work out (as i wash predominately in cold water.) overall this does the job.  Show details

Guess what made dryer noisy. One dollar coin got under seal to drum – Was easy to dismantle. Screwdriver shifter. line up belt and turn by hand to check it doesn't come off. Reading the reviews there is a trend off not giving helpful tips on why they break. Like if the cloths are still wet one off the cutout switch is prob broken. Why not be helpful. I like the dryer. This is the perfect dryer for us – This is the perfect dryer for us. I use it mainly for drying freshly washed towels and they come out really fluffy. It is simple to use and the lint remover is simple to clean too. Show details

Dries quick and efficiently – This model does everything it should. There are lots of specific functions for different types of loads. I use mainly the medium heat setting and it seems gentle on the clothes. It is a bit noisy when operating, but I knew this from other reviews prior to buying. My last dryer was the equivalent F & P from 13 yrs ago, so reliable.  Show details

Perfect – Love the idea of rotating the display so I can hang it upside down. Love the sensor dryer function. I don’t have to come back all the time to check they are dry. Could be a better energy rating but have never Had trouble with this brand. Would buy again  Show details

Need This Every Week! – Its Freezing in Victoria and its times like this that I really appreciate my dryer. This is already paid itself off in terms of convenience. Waste of $ – Brand new problems with auto stop sensor keeps turning heat and machine off. So loud! Had repair man come in from Fisher and Paykel and he ran a diagnostic charges $300 and left...stopped working 1 week later. So Happy To Get A Dryer – I finally cracked and bought this on the weekend. Winter has hit hard in Victoria and I couldn't be happier. What a treat to have warm clothes to put on straight out of the dryer. It is very easy to use and looks easy enough to mount (haven't done that yet). Controls are very simple and it warms up very quickly. I can finish a load in 30 minutes so it shouldn't be too bad on the power bills and it looks good in the laundry.  Show details

Great dryer after a week of solid use – I've only has this a week but I'm happy so far. Good capacity and more efficient drying than my old unit which packed in after 12 years of use. I like the internal rack for drying shoes and hats, great idea. current models but I'm really happy. Probably my only complaint so far is the lint-catching sleeve is smaller than my old dryer and gets full quicker, I empty it after every load but after some (new flannel) bed sheets went in there it was overflowing. Definitely recommend.

Also - I bought this from the good guys. They stuffed up the delivery and didn't take away all the packaging and old machine as per the delivery option I paid for. If you do buy online from them, be sure to call repeatedly to arrange the delivery details as it's a pain having to take time off work twice because they are so disorganised.

Great Addition – Finally upgraded our dryer. Liked this dryer upon casual browsing. It looks sleek and is so much quieter than our old dryer. It has a large drum so I can load more clothes in and has the added bonus of the rack for when I just need to dry delicates. Easy to use and straight forward. After spending wasted money on our old dryer, we are glad to have found this one. Also an added bonus on price.  Show details

Would never purchase again – Bought back in August 2017 the machine seized 5 weeks after purchase, They ended up replacing it but had to wait 7 weeks for one to be available.. As of 18-3-18 the machine has broken again now coming up with a error code.. so not happy with this product at all.. Do not buy..  Show details

Great machine – Does a great job although takes a little longer than our old machine to dry a full load but it's functions are great and some clothes don't even need to iron when they come out. It isn't even really that loud and does a great job at removing lint from clothes.  Show details

New dryer for winter – Has the control that we needed, especially delay start, good features,quiet and efficient, a good support for our washer, 50% more capacity than our previous dryer. Maybe more options than we would use, but always good to have. We only use low heat and it is still effective in drying various clothes, sheets etc.  Show details

Takes ages but dry – Does the job and dries but occasionally need to put the clothes in for another cycle to ensure they are fully dried. Could be a bigger load than expected sometimes but even on s lighter load we seem to have that problem. Also need to manage empty the drained water smell was amnoying  Show details

Dud – Bought a F&P DE6060G1 dryer on 7/11/2017, broke down just before Xmas, after visit from technician on 9/1/2018 and 4 phone calls to F & P finally got the machine replaced. Today (23/1/2018) new machine arrives and it is also a dud, Now have to wait another week for another service man to arrive!!!  Show details

Great Dryer – Excellent product. Looks great, very quiet. Easy to reach filter . It also has a removable rack for shoes or soft toys etc. great value for money. Winning Appliances was the cheapest for this product .the warranty is good and the after service is well worth it. The dryer has a lot of functions including a sensor which stops the cycle as soon as it senses the clothes are dry.  Show details

Great Dryer! Couldn’t live without it – Had a Miele condenser dryer prior to this one and it took ages to dry the clothes - while this dryer is not rated as economical it dries the clothes in a quarter of the time so I’m sure I am saving money. Great for rainy days – I like the fact that this dryer doesn't shrink clothes like other dryers Ive had in the past. It also has a shelf that you can put into the dryer for your shoes. A drawback is if you put too much in the dryer wont spin. Good Value for money.  Show details

It is ok – I have had this dryer for the past year. I have only found it useful in the cold months as the clothes tend to take long to dry outside. To me it is useless in the hot months but it is not the dryer's fault. When i do use it is quite quiet and does not make much sound compared to my previous dryer. Therefore it is a good dryer and you should consider picking one up if you are too lazy to go and hang up your clothes outside to dry.  Show details

Very economical – The product is efficient, great quality, and uses less power than our previous dryer. Its great for our family with young children. The efficiency is particularly important to me with rising energy costs. Waste of money! – Error 4 .. basically your heating pump has died.. F&P stop selling or rectify this problem! Just under 12 months old, would love a replacement haha no more F&P in this household. Very handy – This dryer works well, but if settings on the machine are not set to extra dry then the clothes come out damp. Its also quite a large machine and fits queen size quilt inserts nicely. If clothes are taken out of machine as soon as machine is finished then no need to iron anything.  Show details

Works well for me – I use the dryer once a week since I purchased it and so far no complaints. My previous dryer was very noisy and this one is much quieter in comparison and clothes are less creased and come out ready to hang in the wardrobe. Good while it worked 6 months on its broken – I got the dreaded Error4 code meaning the heat pump is basically busted. Just shy of 12 months old. Seems to be a common and known manufacturing fault. Worked well while it lasted fairly quite and efficient. Tried to have machine fixed under warranty with no luck. Waste of $600  Show details

So far it's great – So far I can't fault this dryer, especially since it's affordable. Clothes are dry, it's not too noisy. It comes with a rack for delicates and can be wall mounted upside down. I especially like the reversible panel so when Its walk mounted the controls are still the right way up  Show details

Seems OK – We purchased this from Harvey Norman to help get on top of the washing now we are starting a family. It was fairly easy to install and the functions buttons make it very straight forward to use. My wife is not entirely convinced that it dries the clothes completely and it is not the most energy efficient appliance. This dryer burnt my house down!!!! NEVER buy if you want to live! – Thank God i had home insurance and my wife and baby ran out of the house hearing the fire sensor alarm. 3 months after purchase, the over heating protect failed and it was replaced by F&P. However, it has ended up in a fire! How dumb and atrocious from a brand like F&P to keep selling a product despite of knowing the product has serious issues! super quiet – I recently purchased this dryer,and was amazed at how efficient and quiet this dryer is. Love the fact that it turns one and then stops and turns the other so that your wash does not get tangled as it drys. would recommend this to anyone looking for a new dryer.Great price at the Good Guys !
