Crooks! Sent Dead Fish To Me! – This is a company that you want to steer clear of at all costs. I purchased fish and received them days later - dead. No contact details at all.

Not that bad – I didn't buy any live stock from them but I did buy an exo Terra waterfall and few other things. It did take a week to ship the goods but I got them 3 days later. I did freak out after buying from them as I read the reviews from this site. For me they weren't bad at all.

Do Not Purchase From These "sharks" – I placed an order for a considerable number of fish, paid accordingly, and one month later still have not received my order. I implore everyone to NOT purchase from such ludicrous businessmen. They'll take your money and run for the hills by the look of it.

P.S. I've been obliged to give them a one star rating - when in reality they get none.

Complete lack of customer service! – I ordered and paid for an item and paid for air express delivery as I required the item quickly. 2 weeks later my order still hadn't arrived. After numerous emails they just told me there was none in stock, even though while I had been waiting patiently for my order to arrive they hadn't even sent it. as 'in stock'. They simply stated that they send me a refund shortly. They provided absolutely no apology for the wait and inconvenience. I then had to wait another week for them to send me a refund.

I had to fight to get my money back by raising a dispute through paypal. A investigation was started to finally get my money back from these people. Please trust me when I say do not put yourself through the hassel and agony by purchasing off this company. They will not provide any communication at all and will be happy to take your money but not send you your order. I will never use this company ever again.

Still waiting for my items – Not worth the wait. Ordered several plants a month ago and still have not received them. This does not inspire confidence. I have attempted to contact them several times and receive answers such as "we will ship your items soon". Seriously not worth it. The prices are not all that great and service is slow. Ship me my items damnit!

died within a week - water was tested to be suitable. Poor communication, inconvenient cancellations, unhealthy. 0 of out 5. Also, prices are not overly cheap when compared to regular pet stores.
