Hi I'm Peter G. in Hervey bay QLD. My player is not working. Perhaps as a result of me lifting it at an angle, at first the stylus would not locate and skip but now the power seems not getting through, nothing happens. Can anyone advise me ? My email is grul1@protonmail.com

Hi, regarding John D's enquiry. Apologies for taking so long in answering. I contacted Aldi and received an answer of sorts from Kim (Customer Service) requesting the following information: Date of purchase/year of purchase...PLU (product code)...EAN (Barcode number starting with a 2 or a 9)...Model Number. As I am unable to answer these questions I suggest John D. should contact Kim and supply the her with the details. I would be interested to know if he was able to get the answer he is after. ok I have the turntable and play it through a Sony control centre without any problems. I may have to replace the needle sometime in the future and have been unable to find where to buy it since Aldi no longer sell the units I believe. Can anyone help? Arnold Smith @ k2laps@hotmail.com

Jaycar sell the replacement ceramic styli.
We've recorded from the unit to usb and it wont playback on any thing (pc tv etc ) just keep getting error message not playable format??? what is the encoding system button for ??? it doesn't even mention what it supposed to do in the manual ???

I no longer own this turntable as its speed control failed and I couldn't play anything, so it went to the tip. I have now purchased a proper one. I would therefore be grateful to not receive any further questions about it.
But pestie, your answer is no, it doesn't have a pre-amp.

I bought my fission usb turntable many years ago and due to illl health I haven't loaded it onto my computer, but I have appeared to have lost the disc, am I able to download the info or what are my options?
Hi Karen, Sorry you have lost your disk for the turntable. I just had a look at the files on my disk, and from what I can see, it only contains the program AUDACITY (for Mac or Win). This is the program used to convert LP's to CD's.
I have abandoned my project due partly to the lack of good quality recordings from this program (but that was 5-6 years ago) and also the availability and affordability of music streaming now.
You could search online for AUDACITY and take it from there.
