False advertising regarding the 6 month free Premium Subscription
I do love my new device and the app is excellent, but I was very disappointed when I purchased through fitbit.com to have my so called 6 month free Premium subscription activated on the day of purchase even though the mail out of the device was delayed by more than a month. My 6 month free subscription has actually become a 4 month 3 week free subscription and Fitbit have refused to extend this. Not a great start to my new journey with them!
Purchased in May 2021 at fitbit.com for $299.00.
