Great look – Brought 3 months ago love some of the prime Fitbit app additions Downside is the longevity of battery was really looking forward to 5 days of no charging but finding it difficult to get any more than 3 days not sure if it’s me or the watch difficult to see settings

Great health monitor and beautiful too – I have had my Fitbit Luxe for two years now and wouldn't be without it. It gives me so much insight to my body's health and following two different types of cancer I now take my health very seriously. The luxe special edition bracelet is also very beautiful and often admired by my friends. I was never a fan of the clunky trackers from the past and so this one really stood out for me. A recent problem with my battery and Fitbit sent me a new replacement straight away - excellent customer service nowadays. I would recommend to anyone along with the Fitbit Premium - worth every cent!
Purchased in at Fitbit for $299.95.
Love the look and style – Chose the fitbit luxe to avoid having a huge clunker on my wrist and got the special edition with the pretty gold band so that it actually looks like a peice of jewellery rather than a huge bit of ugly plastic. The band, while it is lovely, it is an absolute mission to latch and unlatch, and often will separate from the watch part. Have tried the plastic band, which is much more secure and does not come undone in the same way but is just awful on my skin and after 2 days, skin is irritated and red and can't tolerate wearing it anymore.
What is outstanding with the luxe, is the battery life. Can go for days without charging it, and when it does need a charge, it is super quick. Can go from 5% to 100% in an hour and a half.
I only use it to track basic functions, time, steps, km. I find i wake up with up to 800 steps already before I am out of bed, sometimes it is much less like 40 or 80, but never wake up with 0 steps, which is whacked.
It doesn't always turn on when i go to look at it, and when I double tap, which is annoying. Lack of wireless charging is also annoying, as is the charging unit itself.
The app is good on the phone, although on the desktop, when logged in always seem to get 404 errors when trying to navigate away
Not overly impressed with it. this fitbit replaces my samsung, which I prefer function wise and seemed to work better, but the look of the samsung was clunky and this luxe is a lovely looking watch.
Purchased in at Officeworks for $297.
Good tech, terrible build quality – Was totally happy with it until the clip on the device that allows the strap to attach fell off in less than a month. Not much use if I can't strap the thing to my wrist.
