Great watch. Love it – I bought my Fitwatch about 6 months ago and I absolutely love it. It does everything that it said it would and because I couldn’t afford an Apple Watch I decided to get the Fitwatch. The delivery time was fast and I am extremely happy that I decided to purchase it.

Celine, you should be understanding of the current situation we are all in seeing that you are in Sydney as well. You would have noticed that we are currently in a full lockdown. We had a case in our building and have been shut down with zero access to our telephone. I can also confirm that there is not one single email in our list with your name on it as we have reached out to every single customer that is awaiting their order and all have been very understanding of the situation at hand. We have ordered an express shipment of more stock to be delivered in a few days time from overseas to hold us over until the lockdown is over and we can continue filling orders from our home instead. On another note I have gone through our entire order database and there is not one single order with your name on it. Please see this link for yourself:

Is it at all possible that you purchased from another website with a very similar name to our own as we get tonnes of complaints that are meant for external link that is similar to ours but we have absolutely no association to them.
It is companies like this that give us a bad name and confuse people into painting us with the same brush. We are not that company and we are much better than this. If in fact you have actually purchased a watch from us and used a different name for your order, and have not received either your watch or an email from us then you can contact us at either of our emails Admin@fitwatch.com.au Support@fitwatch.com.au Sales@fitwatch.com.au
If you do realise you haven't ordered from our website and find that you have infact purchased a watch from another website instead, namely external link then I do hope you have your issued resolved promptly.
