Five Points Building Group

Terrible workmanship and complete and utter disregard for customer and legal contracts – The title says it all. I would never wish my worst enemy to have to experience what we had to building with [name removed] and Five Point Building Group. Major delays without justification, constant lies and excuses and poor trades consisting of cheap first timers and even cheaper materials. Do not use this builder under any circumstances. Nothing but heart ache.

Great To Deal With – We had no problems with this builder. very adaptable to changes we wished to make to the plans. Very helpful in recommending space saving changes and changes to the lights layout. All these changes improved the functionality of our home. We were kept informed on the progress weekly. And finally we are happy with the quality of the building works.

Terrible , Terrible, STAY AWAY!!! – We had a terrible experience with this Company. Its our Bad Luck that we choose them as we thought that the people we are dealing with are very experienced and honest. We signed the Contract in Sept 2014 with them thinking that our House will be completed within at most 6 months but ended up having Handover in Oct 2015. They kept lying to us that the Building will start in Mid of Jan 2015 but end up starting in mid of April 2015. They have made so many mistakes that if I have to write it will take a whole day and the workmanship is so poor that even I can't explain. At every stage, there were mistakes. Some were found out by us during construction and we informed builder to rectify but some of them still exists.

No Communication, No Customer Service.

Lot of things they changed without informing us. I would never ever even think of building with them again and will not suggest anybody to build with them. Even if i would have paid them our initial deposit i won't be bothered about money but to avoid them.

Try to avoid if you can. We made biggest mistake of our Life by signing with them.

I wouldn’t wish it upon my worst enemies to build with this company. STAY AWAY!!!!!

Bad choice – At first we were very happy with our choice of Builder but the further the job went the more mistakes there were. Problems include faulty basin, unfinished Carpentry and cabinetry and painting. Now living in house and still not rectified. Cannot contact Builder via phone or email. Extremely dissatisfied
