Late and no customer service skills – Spoke to J on the phone and was given a price for changing locks so that's who I thought was coming but someone else turned up instead, 30 minutes late and no phone call because apparently they had written the number down incorrectly even though I repeated it, the guy who came did the job but he was as boring as batshit with no customer service… Read more

skills and hard to understand and didn't explain things clearly, barely spoke two words unless I spoke to him first, didn't advise what he was doing or when he was doing it, disappeared for ages and I had no idea where he went only to discover he was in the van outside cutting keys, might have been nice if he had told me where he went, I chose this company based on all of the positive feedback but can't say I was happy with the service.

Their staff are responsible for taking client's money and not responsible for the delivery of goods – Complaint 1. On 17/3/2020 I made enquiry to the Company asking whether they could quote me a price to send a bilock deadbolt and two bilock padlock to Hong Kong. 2. On 23/3/2020 [name removed] sent me an invoice for the locks to be sent to Hong Kong. By a returned email I asked when they would send the locks after I gave them my credit card… Read more

details to pay for the locks and how long would the shipment take. [name removed] replied that they would ship the locks the same day or the next and the shipping would take 7-14 business days. I gave them my Westpac Visa card details and asked them to debit $708.40 being the price quoted in the invoice 3. On 27/3/2020 After communicating with me about the failure to debit my account they finally succeed to debit my visa card and send me a receipt 4. On 30/3/2020 They informed me that my shipment had been collected by their courier Couriers Please and gave me the tracking details. 5. On 2/4/2020 I informed them that the tracking showed nothing after 31/3. I told them I read a review on that courier and it got 1.7 out of 5 stars. I asked why they used that courier. I also asked whether the courier had told them the expected date I could get the parcel. 6. On 3/4 /2020 [name removed] replied that they had used that courier for 5 years and never had a problem with them. He confirmed that he did quote between 7 and 14 business days for the delivery to get to me. By returned email I told them that according to the website www.productreview.com.au the courier had 586 items never arrived and I was worried. 7. On 15/4/2020 I informed [name removed] that I had not received the locks and asked him to look into this matter. [name removed] replied that it was only 10 working days since the package was sent and if it would not arrive by the 14th working day (21st) he would investigate. 8. On 23/4/2020 On my enquiry [name removed] said he would conduct a track and trace. I suggested to him to ask the courier instead of track and trace. 9. On 24/4/2020 [name removed] forward a email from the courier for me to read. The courier told [name removed] that I was coordinating with their resolution department under reference number 2678423. 10. I replied there was no resolution took place and emphasized that the courier only informed me that they were trying to trace the whereabouts of the parcel. I further stated that if the courier lost the parcel their company had to send me another one and recover their loss from their courier. 11. On 29 /4/2020 after several email exchanges, [name removed] said: 'I will remind you that as I have stated twice already, we will not be providing a refund or replacement stock until I have written confirmation from the courier that the stock is lost (which it is not), this will not change tomorrow if the parcel hasn't arrived.'
