“software issue,” telling me to reformat and it would magically fix itself. Spoiler: it didn’t. Turns out the problem is with the hardware they installed. And now? They refuse to take responsibility or fix it. I paid for a working machine and got a half-functional mess. Their dismissive attitude and refusal to stand by their work is disgraceful. If you value your time, money, and sanity, steer clear of this place. They’ll take your cash and leave you with broken promises and broken tech.

I went to FixToGo for data recovery, but unfortunately they couldn't retrieve the data as they said they could. I was still charged the full fees, which was disappointing. Only place in Melbourne that repair all Microsoft Surface laptops! – I couldn't find anyone willing to even look at my Surface laptop 2 and then I happened to spot Fixtogo as I was driving past. I called in with my Laptop on Friday, had a message back Monday that it needed a battery replacement and it was ready for pick up Monday afternoon. I was amazed. Prompt friendly and efficient service. Fabulous!
