Avoid – Comes from Singapore - no import license, products won’t make it through customs. No point ordering from. Can take the price to petbarn to price match

Buyer Beware – Did not receive my item, contacted the company and they refunded my money but 5 months later received a letter from Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry advising my item did not meet Australian biosecurity requirements. Do not buy from this company.

NOT AUSTRALIAN COMPANY – Not Australian company. Ordered got stuck in customs and received a border security letter saying they can not allow in to country as a permit is required due to being vet pharmaceuticals. Not Australian. Not delivered – Item not delivered. Waited months, no communication. Was given delivery timeframe of less than 2 weeks, or 4 weeks max if there were issues. They refunded promptly when requested, but no communication otherwise. They're not in Australia as they make out.

Web site Is Australian BUT is offshore – Have been waiting for item since it arrived in Australia on 13 Nov. Tracking states it is with customs. Customs clears in 15 days. Australia post looked into it and stated that the company needed to contact customs. Contacted the company and attached a copy of Australia post report. As it appeared to be lost requested a replacement but they cancelled the order. Will use a reputable company from now on. Might pay more but they deliver.

Buyer beware !! Don’t purchase from this mob – I ordered a pack of nexguard from my puppy 1 December, like other reviews been 21 days, aust post app states it’s held up in customs in Sydney, will start taking action today and demand a refund not happy !!

Scam site, they never deliver – Just like the previous reviewer, my goods were ‘held up in customs’. Had to wait for 20 days to report missing. So I call SCAM. Stay away.

Absolute Scam-Avoid this company – I ordered Nextguard for my dog thinking this was an Australian website. I have been waiting for the item for three weeks. When I email the company I am told the product is delayed in customs. I often order products from America and England and never have this problem. Avoid this company and their website. It is an absolute scam. They bill your credit card and never deliver.
