emails are being ignored. Don't use just book yourself. I'm also disappointed the person booking it when I mentioned 5 star and asked about [Name Removed] he did not delve into the reviews further as it was absolutely disgusting. My friends advised they have had similar issues with a different flight centre on Mainland. Booked them into a grubby hotel. Hotel reviews seem to be made up, and the worst ones always put last. We need more transparency when booking. The mould in my room was overwhelming l, the food was old and not warmed up properly

I booked through Aunty Betty (Flight Centre) for a Qatar flight that was cancelled due to Middle East tensions. I have been waiting for a $2,300 refund since June 24. service has been unprofessional and unacceptable, at this point it feels like a scam. Either Aunty Betty, Flight Centre, or Qatar should take responsibility and compensate.

After repeated attempts to resolve an issue, including an official complaint through Consumer Affairs Victoria, Flight Centre refused to respond or address my concerns. Absolutely pathetic call answering service and responses. I called and waited 9 minutes for an answer and was then told I had to call another part of the company. very bad - so glad I did not use them. FCTG are clearly just re-bookers - they sell other companies cheap flights and cheap travel packages - at a big profit.

Flight centre Karingal advised me that certain seats were premium economy, but they were only economy. I paid high price. Flight centre would not refund any money even though it was their mistake. I will never pay for flight seats again better to take seats that are available for free when you check in at the airport. Show details

Disappointing booking experience from FC Zetland. No discussion from FC member regarding seat selection. Ignored an email from me or a follow up phone call. and hour contending with their website constantly freezing. His poor communication doesn't auger well if I needed his assistance overseas in an emergency. Poor value from Captains Pack fees.

Avoid Flight Centre Travel Group brands if you want service or promised refunds – You may have seen on Skyscanner the promotion of ticket purchase options from brands labelled as ‘part of the Flight Centre Travel Group’. An example is Aunt Betty. Do not go near such brands. The Flight Centre TG companies offer no service and do not offer refunds as promised. couldn’t do anything online, they never return online or email enquiries so you need to spend hours and hours calling them for, so far, zero evidence of action. The date change fees are ridiculous so it was a third of the cost of making a date change with Aunt Betty / Flight Centre TG to book an another flight home from Asia so we tried to cancel the flight and get the partial refund ( less the ridiculous Aunt Betty / Flight Centre TG cancellation fee). At least you know about the fees- but they don’t tell you that they don’t respond to online requests and refunds may take several months- but still no proof of any refund. Despite what they say you could not manage the booking online and never ever use their online form - I was told they don’t even receive them. So after many hours trying to call their number and finally getting through to initiate the cancellation they can’t tell you what the refund will be. After many more hours and attempts, each time they couldn’t tell you what the refund would be or even confirm it was in process. On one call, 5 weeks after requesting the refund, they said we can now initiate the refund process but couldn’t confirm how much it would be. They said we should expect it to take a further 12 weeks to hear what the refund amount will be! Flight Centre TG is a disgrace and the Flight Centre TG owners should be ashamed to place their poor staff in such diabolical situations with misled customers. We still don’t have a refund.
