courier to find out where they were and when they would be delivered. Then they were delivered and one bike didn't work. There was a lot of back and forwards with them via email, no phone calls, delayed response times, and we have ended up having to take the bike to a nearby stockist to diagnose the problem - which was a factory fault and we're now waiting for a part to be sent to the bike store. Repair could take another week. So three weeks after ordering the bikes, we only have one. All communication to FR, the transport of the bike, communication with the bike store etc has been initiated by us. All responsibility has been taken on by us. In my opinion, Flight Risk should have sent us a new bike and taken responsibility for repairing the first one themselves. Its been a really disappointing customer service experience. I expect more after spending $7500 on two bikes.

including the front wheel, seat, light, mudguards and other parts requiring assembly. For a brand new e-bike, this was not what I expected at all.

There were also missing parts, including critical hardware for the front wheel assembly. I had to spend my own time researching, contacting support, and trying to work out what was wrong because proper model-specific instructions were not included. Even the video later provided still did not clearly show the full installation process, as parts were already positioned in the demonstration and the tools shown were different from the tools supplied.

After attempting setup, I took the bike for a ride and experienced loud screeching brakes, unusual noises, and concerns with the throttle feeling loose or incorrectly fitted. This left me feeling unsafe and with no confidence in the product.

What should have been an exciting purchase turned into stress, frustration, wasted time, and a long complaint process. In the end, the bike had to be collected for a refund.

My biggest concern is inconsistency between how the product is advertised versus how it arrived. If a bike is promoted as nearly fully assembled, customers should receive it in that condition with all required parts present and clear instructions included.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this product or the purchasing process I went through.

Got my new 303 and initially had some trouble pairing the app to my phone. John from FR spent two minutes sorting it out and I was off and racing with all the bells and whistles. Bike does everything it’s meant to. Happy happy customer! Show details

I absolutely love my new 505 bike! However, I did run into a small issue with the rear brakes not working properly. I brought the bike back and spoke with John, who was incredibly helpful. Instead of just fixing the problem, he went above and beyond—upgrading the entire brake system to Tektro hydraulics at no extra cost. Outstanding service! John, you're a legend! Show details

John and his team were fantastic—nothing was too much trouble. Their communication was excellent, both before and after the sale. When I had a minor installation issue, they resolved it in just five minutes over the phone. The RF505 is an absolute beast! Living in a semi-rural area, I’ve ridden it on dirt roads, through paddocks, and across all kinds of terrain—this e-bike handles all with ease. it has plenty of power. Highly recommend! Jamie
