This is my second bike I’ve purchased from Coogee bikes! Being a shorter female, the nova 2.0 is the perfect size for me and I can still easily fit one of my kids on the back too. Highly recommend for the price
Purchased the Cruiser dual battery and it’s fantastic. Very sold machine and the quality is enormous. Would recommend to anyone. Also purchased extras suck as rack and phone/bag holder, again quality is great. The crew at Coogee are great to deal with and their communication is spot on!!!!
Ordered a coogee mini for my sons birthday in August and after two days, it experienced a major motor fault. I put a warranty claim in to get a dismissive email indicating a part was ordered. Two weeks later an incorrect wheel for the ebike was provided. I emailed once again at start of sept - 3 weeks after initial claim and was told to just put… Read more
the incorrect wheel on as it should work. They confirmed a new part ordered again. 4 weeks later, no part arrived, they gave me an incorrect tracking number (for the previous part) and when i emailed again they had not even ordered the motor from the manufacter and stated now the manufacturer needed to source the part. Meanwhile several weeks later and i have a 1600 bike that has not been usuable due to manufacturer fault and still no timeline. I have requested a manager contact me as clearly all there communication is managed overseas due to times of response, there is no contact number anywhere and iv been ignored. I have requested a replacement or refund due to major fault and still ignored. I have never experienced such poor customer service and i urge anyone to reconsider purchasing from this company. They claim to be local and australian but they are managed overseas and their bikes are just junk shipped from china.
I’ve been really impressed with this e-bike. It’s comfortable, smooth, and easy to ride, with plenty of power when you need it. The battery life is good, and the pedal assist makes longer rides and hills much easier.
I love these people they provide great bikes they’re super reliable and I would highly recommened

Purchased my second Coogee Bikes Explorer. It’s a smooth, sturdy and surprisingly powerful bike with good range, easy handling. Perfect for my daily commute and heaps of fun on weekends. A reliable all rounder!
Really happy with my new ride. I have bad knees and this has really helped me get out doors again. Received in about a week and was put together pretty easily. Looking forward to taking it out n travels plus great for quick trips to the shops.
Excellent bike, great value for money. Haven’t had any issues with over 3000kms use.
The bike is easy to install, items like handle bars front wheel and all loose items was easy to put together, the first time ride was amazing, very comfortable and exciting. even me as a senior found the whole experience easy and fun. I can't wait for my next ride.

I love my new E bike is so easy to install and the color that I have is black and I love it but the only one thing is I don’t have any sticker or any brand name on my bike.

Absolutely loving my Coogee Bikes Mini! It’s very fun to ride, very reliable and looks awesome and feels really solid. The fat tyres make it even better to ride, and I’ve been having heaps of fun with it. Definitely recommend!
Follow-up · Yes it’s very easy to store in places. The battery life is exceptional and very long lasting. On Hills it is a bit rocky but he suspension could be a bit softer but overall is a 10/10. I really recommend Coogee Bikes because they’re are no cons.
I absolutely love my Coogee Bikes E-Bike! I ride it too and from work everyday which has made the journey way more enjoyable. I’ve passed on my recommendation to friends who ended up buying one, as well as strangers who have stopped to ask me about it. It was easy to put together and has been super reliable ever since. The seat is super comfy and I love the look of it. I couldn’t recommend it more!

my commute is on private land I maintain a good steady speed up 50kmp with the cruise controll on. Bloody awesome Coogee Bikes.

I recently purchased the Drifter 2026 and I have to say that I LOVE this ebike, it's everything I wanted and more. It took over an hour to assemble the rest of the bike and I did it on my own. From the moment I made the order, the delivery was at my doorstep within 6 business days. Charlie from Coogee Bikes was also helpful with all the comms. I'm looking at purchasing another one for my brother.
My daughter and I are sharing our bike its been great for her to get to the beach and for me to get around town the extra battery gives us a longer ride getting us to more places. I love the way it turns heads as you get around the bike tracks.

together. Retirement for us is not to far away and so we got our motorhome and ebikes to work each of them out and get use to them on short trips before heading off. I purchased a Coogee bike because I believed I was buying a genuine Coogee bike from a trusted Australian company. What arrived was an unbranded bike with a manual identifying it as a V20. I subsequently discovered the same bike, from the same stock/source, being sold in NZ for substantially less. Coogee’s explanation was simply that they had “run… Read more
out of stickers”. But the sticker isn’t the issue. I didn’t pay extra for a sticker. I paid for what I understood to be a Coogee bike, based on their branding, representation and advertised specifications. If I’d wanted an unbranded marketplace bike, I could have bought one for considerably less. Coogee has refused my refund and dismissed my concerns rather than properly addressing the discrepancy. My advice: do your research before buying from Coogee. Check what bike you’re actually receiving and what the identical bike is being sold for elsewhere. Misleading false advertising.
