Flood Penetrol Paint Additive

Great product, keep it on hand in your garage/workshop – It penetrates rusted surfaces & makes paint stick to rough & difficult surfaces. You clean & prep the best you can but unless you sand/grind down to absolute base metal there will always be something still there. As they say, rust never sleeps. I have used several different products over prepped rusty surfaces & when scrapped back around a year later this product has the least amount of corrosion, contamination, regrowth etc. underneath the surface. It's mainly for metal surfaces but I'm using it anywhere I want to make sure paint sticks, doesn't peel or bubble. I just hate doing a job twice.

Penetrol is a penetrating primer oil and surface conditioner.

Eg. for oil-based paints & probably not plastic/water-based paints. I will test the latter anyway.
